Went a couple weeks ago and bagels were all hard and stale when we got home. Assumed maybe we just got unlucky, or we went too late in the day?My bagel this morning (when you'd expect them to be fresher??) was full of mould on the inside. Won't be back.

I used to love getting a bagel from here, but the staff that have been working there recently have been giving extremely horrible service, unkind stares and I have waited 20 minutes for a bagel a couple of times now despite no one being in the store. Will be trying the other location to avoid being treated the way I have been my last 5-6 visits.Don’t make customers feel unwelcome just because you’re unhappy with your workplace and/or life. If you don’t like working there, get a job elsewhere.

Incredible food! Bagel was super fresh, cream cheese was out of this world, and nothing around compares to the birria tacos! Josh is an incredible chef and his passion really shows in the food.

This is the best place to eat in Ottawa. The food is made fresh and is such high quality, the menu has endless delicious options from Indian to Mexican, and of course bagels! 1000% must try! Thanks Josh

Overall good value for the price. The breakfast bagel was tasty and had lots of goodies on it. The coffee is adequate and about what I expected.

I don’t get the hype over this place. Lakte is 99% fried bread. Zero signs of potato. Bagel in turkey sandwiches wasn’t even toasted.Will not be coming back. If the manager would like to contact me about this review, I would gladly accept a refund.

It's conveniently located, but nothing like Kettleman's Bagel Store. Nice variety in sandwiches and menu, but the interior seemed a but congested, too busy, with bars around. Should be a big open concept(interior) so it feels more homey, sandwich place. Lighting should be bright.Their bagels were great though. ☺

Store was clean, the service was very nice. They answered questions about their menu items and delivered our Bagel sandwiches straight to our table.The food was fantastic. I personally had a Smoked Meat bagel sandwich and really enjoyed it. I got to choose which ever bagel I wanted. Great selection! The smoked meat was very good, and their mustard was light and did not over power the sandwich, which I loved. The pickle was also a great added touch.The store layout is very nice. It seems to have been recently renovated.

My boyfriend took me there for breakfast and it was super yummy. I had a breakfast bagel combo. I was surprised at the affordability and quality. I also prefer the environment over the competition. It's a lot more relaxed and comfortable. The staff are very friendly as well. I will definitely go back.

I've tried to give cadmans multiple chances, every time I ask for a toasted bagel it never is toasted. Just warmed. Then today I ask for olive cream cheese, very little olives but then I bite into a big olive pit! It hurt my tooth, it actually chipped my tooth! I'm never going to this shop again, overpriced for poor quality
