Poor customer service. Purchased a brand new, albeit faulty device (hardware issue) in store. It was sent away for repairs, and I was told I would have to pay 400$ because the shipping time (to Southern Ontario) caused the device to exceed the defective hardware policy of 30 days. Contacted local representatives multiple times, and was told their regional supervisor would be in contact with me. I was never contacted and when I went back to talk to in store representatives, they had no record of my complaints. 4 months of going back and forth got me nowhere.

If I could rate the help line a negative star I would. Got told I would receive a phone today found out it wont be here for a few days. Also drove an hour into town and then out without a phone from my fido store provider after calling and asking If I would be able to get one before I left and they said yes. Lied to a few time. Worst costumer service. Never go with fido as a provider.

Shittiest cell carrier in the whole world.I had free 1000 minutes international call on my plan. Yet i got a 230$ bill which included charges for the international calls i made.Guess what wasn't mentioned on my contract but they conveniently added to the invoice bill that the country i i was calling to is not included in my free plan

Had a great experience at this fido. Even thonits only a kiosk they did a really good job and were able to help me with what I needed . Would recommend to anyone. Cudos to Chris who was working and helped me out

No Accountability and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to this store yesterday to get a better phone plan; A guy opened my phone tray to change the sim card and broke my phone. He then said someone might of cut the sim card from before and therefor the tray was defective". He gave me my broken phone with no service connection and the new sim card he supposedly be putting in my phone. They sent me to a phone repair shop (Highly Recommended - Marnics)

They're too busy playing on their phones to pay any attention to you, luckily they aren't the only fido store in the mall.
