Alex was wonderful to work with. He provided a full duct cleaning, and furnace/AC service. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of next steps. StrongHouse did an amazing job clearing out our vents which had never been serviced. We felt confident that our home was being well taken care of, and the results were fantastic! My boyfriend and I are very happy with the quality of work thanks to Alex from StrongHouse Inc. This is our first home and it underwent some major renovations. It was also the first time we ever had to inquire about this service. We really appreciated how Alex took the time to explain the process to us and even shared some before and after photos. WOW! Alex from StrongHouse Duct Cleaning was great from the moment I made an enquiry, to confirming our appointment and being here on time. He kept me informed throughout the process with photos of before and after. When he came across some service needs he showed me and explained and offered options of how to resolve. He was polite, professional, efficient. I can already feel the air is cleaner in the house. I will happily recommend and use StrongHouse again in the future. So happy I found him!

Alex came on time and I found him to be very transparent and honest with his recommendations. He walked me through in detail of what work needed to be done, as well as the short-term and long-term benefits of having the work done. He also made sure that he left our home very clean after all the work was completed. All in all a very professional company to deal with, the price is very fair, the quality of work was great, and great value for the money paid. This is just another third class duct cleaning company with all false info on their website. Unlike what the website says. After the first terrible job of cutting a hole in the duct and not closing it in the furnace, I informed the owner and again for second time the same terrible issue.The technician was using foul language. Did not wear shoe coversLook at attached picture for what your house will look like after the job (sharp metal pieces on floor, garbage and tape all over)The equipment mounted on the van was barely starting up properly

Amazing job! For our first time doing duct cleaning Alex did everything to break it down for us. He explained everything he was doing and showed us what we could do to improve our heating and AC. He was on time and extremely professional! Took his time to do the job! We’ll be using this service for the next foreseeable future!
