Quality depends on the employee. Some are nice, some could improve their treatment to clients. In generell I like the store but it’s pretty expensive!

Blew out my derailer, brought it in at 3:30pm on Good Friday and they had it done before closing! Couldn’t ask for better service

Good price for the bikes and the staff were really chilled out. They sorted us out with a good price and let us take the bikes over night. I couldn't have been more pleased and will go back again with friends.

The rudest service I have ever had; asked one simple question of a mechanic and could not believe the response. I hope someone opens a competing shop, would easily carve out a huge slice of this business. I hope others have a better experience because I will never go back or recommend to anyone.
