Oasis Primary Health Care Clinic

Been going since I left Brampton over 2 years ago. Was Gobsmacked at the high level of care that I received. Laura dawn goes out of her way. I had many questions answered. As my wife said if your appointment is late, it's because someone else is having problems. Laura is not your run of the mill cookie cutter nurse practitioner . I recently had the opportunity to visit Laura-Dawn, nurse practitioner, for an exam, and unfortunately, I found their lack of punctuality to be quite frustrating. While I understand that health care professionals are often busy and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but not arriving the office on time, me being the first patient with an appointment at 10:00 am, is unacceptable.I would strongly urge Laura Dawn to reassess her time management skills and strive to improve punctuality in her practice. Patients deserve to have their appointments honoured , and it is disappointing and disrespectful when this basic expectation is not met.

My mother is a patient of Laura-Dawn and she is extremely happy with the care she receives. Laura-Dawn is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is caring and compassionate and makes you feel very comfortable. She takes the time to explain and answer any and all questions. My mother says Laura-Dawn is the best medical practitioner she has ever had and highly recommends her to anybody looking for a medical practitioner.

Nurse practitioner Laura -Dawn was able to pin point a long term problem I had with itchy scalp and the prescription worked! She has a caring and efficient manner that makes me feel safe.

My wife and I are patients of Dr Laura dawn. She cares about how we feel and listens to us before acting. After dealing with a family doctor for 45 years of my life, moving to St Catharines and searching for a Doctor or NP, finding Dr Laura Dawn was one of the best things we have done since moving here. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a compassionate care giver.

I don't want to leave a 1-star review but I have to. My father was refused at this Clinic by this nurse practitioner because he was opioids. That's not fair, plain and simple. I have already called the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to report this. I don't know what it would be like to go here if you didn't take opioids but I was there in the room when he was on the phone with them and denied care.

I've been with Laura-Dawn for over a year now and am thrilled with the care. As someone who sufferswith chronic pain, I've never had this type of compassionate care from anyone else. She treats me withdignity, and I would recommend her to everyone.Anna Miorin

I have been a patient with NP Laura-Dawn Moule as my healthcare practitioner for a year now and could not be happier! I have multiple debilitating conditions, requiring monthly visits minimum, and had the same physician for 20 years prior to moving to St Catharines, from Toronto. Finding Laura-Dawn here was a literal Godsend. She is professional at all times, polite, courteous, and even friendly and warm, once you have gotten to know her as a patient. I wouldn't expect anything more than professional and courteous from my care provider, so the rest is all bonus. So long as Laura-Dawn will have me as a patient I am very happy to have her and offer top marks and recommendations on all counts.Although there have been several changes in office staff during my time with Laura-Dawn, each of the receptionists has been friendly and attentive while I dealt with them. I have no issues booking appointments and the wait times, in office, are quite reasonable. It also doesn't hurt to have a wonderful Pharmacist/Pharmacy like Sharif/Modern Pharmacy in the same office.I'd like to take a moment to address the gentleman who posted the 1 star review. Not a single person associated with Oasis or Laura-Dawn would ever harass anyone. In addition, although it is no one's business what medications I am on, I can say honestly that I have not had any issue getting the medications that I require, and that my records show a concise, and clear, history of my previous prescriptions for, from my former Physician in Toronto. Also, on almost every single occasion that I have been in the office, for my appointments, there are new patients being taken on, or there for their first appointment. They obviously did not have any issue getting seen at the practice. Judging from the other reviews you have left for Healthcare establishments I can only guess that you have an axe to grind and aren't particularly fussy about who you take it out on. Or perhaps you feel entitled to make demands of people in an unreasonable fashion. I don't know, but I do know that your review and claims, regarding Oasis Family Health, are 100% without merit. To be clear, given my experience with Oasis and Laura-Dawn Moule, the NP there, I can say with certainty, and without reservation, that your 1 star rating is not deserved, in any way, shape, or form. In conjunction with having read the other reviews you have written, I think it's fairly obvious that the problems are on your end and not anything to do with Oasis Family Health.In closing I will say to others, if you are looking for a medical care professional that will offer you conscientious care, address the medical issues you bring to the office, and offer a warm and stress free office visit to boot, you will have to look long are hard to find a better person, Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner, than Laura-Dawn Moule, or to find a better total experience than is offered at Oasis Family Health! 5 Stars Rating.

Laura Dawn Moule, NP has taken both my husband and I on as patients when other physicians arn't interested due to our age. We find her to be caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She really cares for her patients. The mood of the office is friendly from the minute you walk in and talk to her receptionist.

I have gone to Laura for the past 2 years I have found her to be very knowledgeable and very good at her work I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a new clinic. i give her work a 5 star I think she is the best and will continue to be her patient .
