This non-profit ISP provides community services, such as subsidized internet. They provide internet through either Bell's or Roger's infrastructure. Their tech support is excellent, especially compared to that of their competitors.

Been with NCF for 5 years they’re customer service is amazing and I’ve been sticking with them ever since i decided to get internet. I do get unexpected disconnections from my router but turns back on quickly, I don’t have an issues or complaints about it, they are amazing and I recommend it.

Be forewarned this service is very spotty. It drops the wifi without notice and I am also constantly having to sign back in, so much so that I have a 12 digit random password memorized. I have never experienced this before. I am furious that I have to pay data to my cell phone provider for watching videos while sitting in my own home with “supposed” internet. So much for trying to support non profit.

Easily the best internet service provider in Ottawa. So reliable! My internet has never gone down in the many many years I've been with them! When I was with Bell before them, it seemed like every single year I'd have an issue at least once.When I called during NCF's shown business hours, I was quickly talking to a representative and my issues were resolved!If you're with Bell or other big ISP monopolies, I recommend switching!

I had used it for a year before pandemic. Great service. Great price. Freenet uses Bell lines so the connection is as consistent as if you are with Bell. All plans have unlimited bandwidth. I'd recommend.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years. The customer service and prices are great. At times they offer workshops which I had the opportunity to attend to one of them. I had enjoyed it and learned a few things.
