This location always seems rough. The staff can be crabby, or untrained and unable to provide the service. It’s better to use a different Canada post outlet if you can

Almost always closed early when it says open till....Nothing like driving into town with a pile of boxes to ship and closed again!!Hire some dam employees that work.Very upset to say the least.

Half an hour to pickup 1 parcel. 2 tills 1 staff member.Post office has been understaffed for about a year. I told them time and again to staff their post office. Still nothing, always a lineup. What do I pay taxes for?

Really enjoyed the clean store the helpful staff and the friendly fast service! Staff were knowledgeable and truly interested in helping me find what I needed. Thanks London drugs.

Worst Canada Post in Kamloops. We got the lock changed on my box and they lost the keys after waiting 2 weeks. Major inconvenience.

Staff were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The extended hours and location are both very convenient. And the ambiance is much less depressing than other postal service outlets in Kamloops.

If if I could give zero. Worst service I have received this year!!!!! I was there just 30 minutes ago!!!!The girl was very rude and she was like I can’t help you with packing. I understand you can’t but there is a way you can say that, not in the most disrespecting tone!!!!What if there was an elderly there??? I am thinking she would behave the same way!!!!! The manager however was very very helpful with me.This girl should be taught morals or ways to talk to people! If you are having a bad day, it’s your personal life, no one else should bear that.

Line-ups can be a bit on the long side, but staff is friendly, and late hours are very convenient for pickup and shipping.
