The girl that served me was dry. I think I was her first customer of the day so she probably hadn't woken up yet but I will not return just because I found she was a little arrogant and dry with me. She seemed annoyed and definitely should not be in customer service. Will not return to this location.

Really felt I was overcharged for two subs. Almost $35 but didn’t get the receipt or anything, it was busy and buddy ran off to help other customers. I contacted customer service and 12 days later, still waiting for a reply. Incredible!Never again Subway

New owners fired all staff at this location as well as the Hanmer location and they did it in a highly unprofessional manner!! I will no longer support either establishment and I know many people who feel the same! If I could give it zero stars I would!

New owner (east Indian of course) fired all the previous staff which were great and very friendly. Also started cutting back on portion sizes to save money which isn't a subway standard, the FORMULA HASN'T CHANGED but yet they do it anyways. They are, by far, NOT honest people with poor food handling and practices. I won't be going to this location ever again.

This is the most professional, clean, and friendliest of the Subways in Sudbury. The staff take great care and pride in their work. The manager goes above and beyond their duties to keep the place running smoothly.

Ordered 3 subs, one was a chicken bacon ranch, got home opened it up to find turkey bacon ranch, didn’t even know that was on the menu, called the store to inform him of the mistake that I didn’t have chicken but turkey instead, so he proceeded to yell at me that I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and it was extra for the chicken and to bring them all back. Threw it in the garbage. Absolutely disrespectful and will never go back there again

New owner fired all the staff and hired his own. Some of the staff had been there up to 10 years. I'm boycotting this location and switching to pita pit. Hope you all follow
