I purchased tickets from Travel-Kara Mississauga, while went to his office I paid 2000 through my credit card and the rest cash. Although I can pay the whole amount in cash if I know they are going to charge me any fee in the name of terminal fee. Anyway I pay and took my tickets, after few days when I checked my credit card it was showing two charges one CA$2000 and other CA$80. I was surprised and immediately send him the email giving all the details and later on called on phone after a chase finally he sent me a email message that these are terminal charges.Whic h is totally unfair as I was not aware of any such charges till I access to my credit card account.

Buyer beware. Terrible experience. Sold us the ticket and charged us an additional fee for reserving the seat but never reserved. Never returned calls, emails and messages. Was polite before selling the ticket, very rude after the sales. Not recommending to anyone at all.
