Never mobile order from this location. It doesn’t mean skip the line according to the rude staff there. They will literally make you wait 10 mins for just a coffee ordered via mobile app.They need to hire more people as clearly service is not good.

Hilarious doesn’t describe it!Ordered cappuccino and Herb & Garlic Pastry. They gave us cappuccino without any espresso shot in it, basically hot milk. The pastry we got was Spicy Jalapeno Pastry instead of what we ordered. We had to turn around and go in the restaurant. This time they fixed the cappuccino and gave us a another pastry and we drove off. This second time we again got the spicy jalapeño pastry. We all laughed but we are not going back there.

I ordered a tea at this location on 3/16 at 15:060m. The associate was sweeping the floor with the broom and had no gloves on. Without washing her hands she took my order and even made my tea. When I complained about the hygiene standards she just made an awakened face and didn’t even apologized. Another associate then jumped in to make my tea but since he never read the order he made it all wrong as well.I have had bad experience at Tim’s but this was the worst. No hygiene and so much disrespect. This location definitely doesn’t value customers and their health.

I'm convinced the employees working at this location have never been trained on Tim Hortons offerings or customer service. Customers order other things outside of a double double.Upholding the validity of the points program is a joke here at this location. I once tried to redeem a free coffee (having 1600 points). When my app was scanned the cashier immediately said not enough points". Instead of asking me any questions

Be suspicious that the Drive Thru is empty most of the time. 25% of the orders I place have an issue. Order a large regular, they give a small double double. Order 3 large regular, get 2 large double doubles and one extra large regular. go inside and its worse. Because drive thru is empty, 6 people just standing around. still takes 4 minutes to get 3 coffees. Whenever people do take your order inside, its like it is the first time they have used the computer before. Seriously downhill in the last 8 - 10 weeks ago, right around the time the staff turned over. Where ever the other ones went, please let me know, i will go to that location.

You're employees needs a course in customer service. I would be embarrassed if these were my employees. The face of your company.Their rudeness through the speaker when ordered and at the window are unreal. To be huffed at, we are the customers, and I've never been rude to someone in service in my life. I don't get their rudeness.We wanted to add an order if tim bits because our son just woke up in the back. There was no one behind us. She told us we would have to go back through drive through. Whatever new policy I guess. However there was NO one in drive through behind us.

Coffee is goodBut the sandwich is missing extra mayo, if any, they put light mayo.Had to explain like 10 times to the young lady to add extra mayo. She did, but whoever made it did not pay attention. I asked for extra bacon, she added extra turkey, I said no, it's extra Bacon. Look if you do not understand English, do not take orders. Very frustrating.Now to eat my dry Bacon Turkey sandwich.Thanks.

MOULDY BREAD!!! (I posted the photos separately: “always fresh” my butt!)I went through the drive through, ordered a grilled cheese and took a bite into a mouldy piece of bread. The mould was both outside and hidden in the inside. ALWAYS check the bread for mould I don’t know how you can’t. I did work at this location once or twice years ago and I’m not surprised that it’s the one that served me mouldy bread because they would literally tell us not to bother cleaning the drink machines and so forth. I don’t know if that’s a commonplace practise there but yeah. Really disgusting. I noticed on the highway so we stopped at the Tim’s at the next exit (trafalgar) and they kindly replaced the sandwich for me. Please check your food before you eat it and servers please check it before you serve it. As a server in Tim’s and a restaurant it’s really not that hard to do quality control. Hopefully this was a random occurrence for everyone’s sake. Either way it’s a fat 1 star for this visit.
