Revera The Beechwood

My mom and dad did a respite to permanent stay here in April 2022, the staff is so welcoming and truly want the best for all of the residents there. All of the managers were so helpful with the move in and they even had movers contact info ready to go for helping in our moving process. If you want the best for your loved one the beechwood is the place to go. Thank You to all the Staff!!!!!

My step mom has been at the Revera Beechwood for 7 weeks so far and the experience has been great. Mia has personally ensured that my step mom has what she needs and any concerns that we’ve had have been managed well to date. Thanks Mia and the staff at Revera for all that you do.

The Beechwood is bright and cheerful and holds a positive energy. The residents are very friendly. The staff are welcoming and are always ready to assist. The kitchen staff knows everyone’s name (very impressive). Our Sales Rep Mia assured us that our mom would be happy at the Beechwood and she was right!! Mia continues to check in with my mom and our family which is appreciated.

This community is such a welcoming place in the heart of Mississauga. The staff members are full of heart, care and support. Very welcoming to the residence. My clients speak highly of the staff members and services offered at this community. Excellent Job with the implementation of all the Covid protocols and keeping their community extremely safe.

What a wonderful place!!Moved my mom in just before Covid and they have been simply amazing.Protected all the seniors and the staff during the pandemic and managed to keep my mom happy and healthy. They even got Public Health to come in and vaccinate all the residents on site....................so grateful!!!You can move your loved ones in, worry free!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

My Dad moved into The Beechwood recently. From the moment I toured the building till the moment my Dad physically moved in we felt part of a community. All the managers were so helpful, checking in and introducing themselves to my Dad. The managers would take turns coming in to speak to what they were in charge of in the building and how they could help if they had any questions.You can feel that the front line team staff feel appreciated and are acknowledge by their manager. You sense the family feel when you see resident interact and other families visit. I have told everyone that I know looking into options to reach out to the team at Beechwood.

Worst retirement and assisted living home ever. This is my advice for students to never get in at this place for your placement/internship/co-op ever because they will ruin your future. I started my placement here in may 2022 in active living. They treated students as their servants and don’t know how to treat and teach their students. They get all the work from us(students) and then blame us that we are not putting any effort to learn anything. Specially the manager of active living(Rebecca), i asked her several times to teach me specific things related to my course but she never gave any positive response ever. Then i informed my professor that they are not teaching anything to us in fact they are asking us to do clean their kitchen and some other tools and machines which was not a part of our learning objectives. When my teacher talked with Rebecca about this, she directly terminate me and my friend and told our teacher that we are the ones who’s not putting any effort. We were just left with two weeks of our placement to get graduate but Rebecca ruined everything for us. They don’t care about student’s future at all. They get all their work from us for about three month and when there is time to complete the evaluation form, She just terminated us by giving inappropriate reasons. She even knew that we were just two weeks behind to get graduate and otherwise we have to repeat the semester but she don’t care about anyone’s future. But luckily at the last moment, our professor allows us to complete the remaining hours of our placement at other place because we were always the brilliant students and then me and my friend got another place to complete our placement and got graduated on the right time.

I am working with the company for 17 years its fun and i learned everyday. Residence are kind and considerate , staff are respectful and compassionate .Menus are delightful.
