We ordered 2 drinks for me and my friend using ubereats. I wrote instructions to substitute grass jelly to pearls instead along with the item order and I wrote same instructions again before confirming the order. I specifically wrote “NO GRASS JELLY”. We received the drink with grass jelly and I phoned the store. The manager, Kristine, said that she can’t do anything. They neglected to call us and let us know that its the drink “SOP”. She was defensive and condescending and told me that I can’t find a $4 drink anymore but I was just explaining that I could have let it go if its a $4 drink. I wish she could have offered to make another drink and return the wrong drink but pick up. I was willing to drive and pick up the correct one. Krsitine was very insulting!

I got Taro Milk Tea, I've never had a Taro Milk Tea SO GOOD, in my life, I believe they added whipped cream in with it, I REALLY recommend this place! The Atmosphere is modern, looks brand new. The service is amazing, it did take 5-10 mins for it, but it was totally worth it! Thanks Gong Cha, Surrey Central! I will come again next time!

When your bubble tea is made right this place can be good. Unfortunately you never know what you are going to get. My husband had to go back twice because they made the wrong drink. Don't offer something on the menu if you don't know how to make it. Luckily they gave a refund but will not be returning. Wish I could say this was the first time this happened at this location. Lesson learned.

Employees seem nice, the drink station seems clean so I'll give them a star for that.However the rest of the shop is extremely filthy.. as you can see the pictures attached. Chairs seem to have bodily fluids on them which is disturbing. All the black and red chairs have this issue. The booths seem to be a little more clean though.Drinks are okay. They use powder for their drinks which is fine with me personally but they told me I couldn't have coconut jelly in my mango smoothie without an explanation??This used to be my favorite boba place prepandemic and to see it in such bad shape now is sad.

Worst bubble tea I ever had! The bubble tea basically just tasted like bitter water, I couldn’t even finish half of my drink and had to throw it out. The bubble waffle was okay but I’ve had better. For a $10 drink the quality and taste is absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time and money coming here, you’ll only be disappointed.

I love the store design, it is modern and eye catching with spacious layout. Their boobas taste great and it was creamy. The pearls are soft like jelly and are freshly made. The waffles melts in your mouth and is a good combo for the drink. I will be back to try their other menus. One of the best booba i been so far.

Was so excited to try this place but it proved to be a disappointment. A big group of us went here during the opening week. Staff were super friendly and nice but didn't appear to be well trained especially the girl that took most of our orders. I asked for brown sugar pearls and paid extra but for regular pearls. The pearls didn't have the nice bite and chewiness to it, they were rather small and rubbery. So disappointed as I've had Gong Cha all over Asia and they were good. Not excited to visit again. The tea wasn't great, most in our group didn't enjoy the flavors. Hopefully they improve.

Staff here was friendly and remade my drink. However I was taken back by my first drink which was a green tea mango with basil seeds. The basil seeds had gotten Sour the container looked cloudy and almost tasted moldy and rancid. I would highly recommend the owners to double check their batch of basil seeds next time before serving to guests. Since it's not food safe

Went in the evening and it wasn’t busy. Good service. However this location is known for taking forever to make your order. Even at a time when nobody else was in the store. It’s weird but overall a good experience.
