Summary : great authentic food but a little oily, nice service but not the best table although we reserved.I reserved for a family dinner on their terrace which looks nice in the photos, unfortunately got the entrance door table which is not what I expected.However, considering their kind gesture to go find our baby a high chair (from another store) I give them extra for effort. They did warn us that they didn't have one although they should but still. The food is delish and very authentic, a bit oily for most plates. Lovely staff and owner.Four stars for great potential!

Must try their dishes with desalted cod fish, they are delicious. We tried their cod fish as a starter, yummy. We also ordered their seafood stew and mixed meat platter, all good.

We are visiting Montréal and are staying locally for one night. We decided on Silva Grillades as the Portuguese food looked interesting. From start to finish, our server (she) was excellent and so was the staff around her. I had the chicken dish and my wife the octopus. Absolutely excellent! We also shared a Portuguese desert and that too was fabulous. We had arrived early as walk ins, and by the time we left, minimal tables left. The wine cellar was fully stocked and the selection wonderful. If you’re in the Longueil area, you must stop in as you will not be disappointed.

Really liked this place! The food was delicious and cocktail as well, very good and fast service (Friday 6 pm) and very friendly staff. We had the three tapas like entrée: grilled octopus, portugal sausage and chaussons aux crevettes. For the main dishes we took risotto with shrimps and paella, everything was delicious! Also we had our cocktail Barca Azule. For sure we'll come again and highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was great, menu can be slightly confusing in terms of the names as they are in portuguese. Service is excellent however as the waiter patiently explained the different plates offered.Parking is somewhat hard to find in the area depending on when you go. I do recommend the 4 meat plate and will go again.

Wanted to try something different, fun and nice for a friends birthday. This came up in many searches. I am so glad we tried it. Beautiful decor, amazing service and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning and sharing this lovely discovery with everyone I know. Thank you to the owner Jason for the warm welcome and having me over eat but love every bite!

We've eaten here several times with my wife. We were looking to host for an event and decided to reserve here for 38 people. We were not disapointed and neither were any of our guests. Everyone enjoyed their tapas, entrée, meal, drinks, desserts and service. Everything was well organized and everything tasted great as always. Will continue to come.

We used to go there many times before Covid-19 but last Wednesday was our first time back and we were there specifically for caldeirada but waiter blamed COVID and things not coming from Portugal. We were tired and hunger so we stayed. There was a dish that I liked but it had porc we asked if they can remove the pork, he came back said no because there 2 sides and it’s not worth it and to pick another dish. I ordered ABA and I said steak with mushrooms 30 minutes later he brings steak and shrimps. I told the lady bringing it I ordered steak and mushrooms she said I’ll call your waiter. He comes few minutes later (I’ve already started because I was hungry and we don’t have time to wait another 30 minutes) he comes, what’s the problem? Is there a problem here, I told him I ordered steak and mushrooms not this, he replied I’m sure you order steak and shrimp because I wrote it down and you said you want like your husband. I said no I’m 100% sure I ordered steak and mushrooms and it went back and forth and my husband told him she ordered steak and mushrooms I heard her too and he kept saying no and very close to calling me a lair. I never seen a waiter argue with the customer like this. And here on the comments every reply did you mention that problem to your waiter as if they’ll fix it.
