Definitely my favorite pet store! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to shop!

I went in there last Saturday, wasn't greeted by the young man working there. I was looking around to see what was on sale, wasn't offered any help although I was the only customer in the store. I walked the aisles and didn't find any dog food on sale. Feeling awkward leaving empty handed, I asked the clerk if there is a flyer I could look at. He looked at me utterly confused and asked me to repeat myself. I again asked for a flyer or what is on sale. He told me they don't have a flyer. I asked if they had weekly specials, he said no as though it was an outrageous question. I said okay and proceeded to leave, when I saw a table of sale items. Poor service/no service, no weekly sales. I thought I'd give this local store my business, but it's difficult to when I can go to PetSmart which has sales all the time, has a rewards program, and the service is friendly.

The Girls are always so helpful and I love getting to say hi to Sid, the store mascot.

Gator and I love the staff and made us feel like part of their family ....well done !!!

Great store, great staff. Theyp are all friendly and helpful. They've often gone out of their way to locate and bring in a product I've requested that they don't have in stock. They're also very knowledgeable on the products they do carry.

Always a friendly, clean store. Staff and owner Scott are awesome. Always accommodating...If they don't have what you are looking for, they try their best to get it for you if they can. My #1 and only pet store! Thanks Global!

Friendly staff with good products. My lil chi loves the bully sticks, yak cheese, and turkey bacon! Got him a very cute harness by the pretty paws brand. Good quality and location.

I highly recommend the chemong rd, Peterborough global pet foods to anyone with fur kids. The manager is extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, trustworthy, and always willing to help you out with any needs. They have done a phenomenal job navigating the covid restrictions. They are well stocked with everything you'd need to make your fur kids life better. They have many dog puzzles and treat toys, baked treats for doggies, apparel, raw and kibble, etc. The team is also excellent here.
