Love this restaurant. The staff is amazing and so is the food. Nice portions and a beautiful atmosphere. They have a private upstairs area that seat 30-55 ppl. I always feel like I’m with family when I eat here. The BEST IN MONTREAL & LAVAL surrounding area.. A MUST

The takeout experience was so disappointing. The fries and calamari arrived soggy. I live 2 kms away so either the containers used don't let crispy foods remain crispy and breathe or something didn't think to poke a hole in the containers to avoid all the condensation buildup. Then whoever packed my order put the cheesecake on top of 2 hot food items. It arrived melted. Disgusting. The crispy chicken burger was soggy, soggy French fries and soggy calamari. I've ordered from other restaurants who offer an excellent takeout experience and the food is delicious. Madisons you could learn from your competitors.

Decided to go to Madison to celebrate the 21st birthday of my eldest daughter. We were a party of 18 and honestly we regretted the decision. To begin we had a reservation at 19:30 and we were all seated at 19:45. At 20:00 I had to ask the hostess who was our waitress cause no one had come to see us yet.Waitress was nice but service was extremely slow. We received our main course at 21:45 and it was mediocre at best. Some had to send it back their plates multiple times and some just didn’t bother and just didn’t eat their meal.I’m really disappointed about my experience with this particular restaurant. We pay to have quality and service and this restaurant certainly did not reach the par. I would definitely not recommend this particular restaurant.

This was my first time here and I came with a big group for a birthday so that could affect my experience but if i had to describe it, it wasn't good but wasn't bad either.The food was okay, we had nachos and calamari that we shared for appetizers and for my main meal i had the filet mignon with peppercorn sauce accompanied with salmon tartare, mashed potatoes and vegetables.-The nachos were good.-The calamari was good but everyone that had some felt sick by the end of the night.-The filet mignon was ok not a lot of flavor and even with the peppercorn sauce it was still ok.-The salmon tartare was good and fresh, maybe a little more seasoning but overall I'd have it again.-The mashed potatoes were a little bland to my taste but was good with the peppercorn sauce.For the service, they had multiple big groups that night so it could effect this but for our group we were over 20 and had only one server. They never came to check for water or that everyone had, only at the end did we get more after asking, we had drinks (the drinks were good) in the beginning as well but they never came back to ask if we wanted more. I never had a set of utensils and had to grab from another table (this could be a mix up with a big group). The server was nice and handled multiple groups hence why I can't blame her but they could have added more servers, she had two big groups in all that so of course some things will be missing.Overall the experience was ok, i don't know if I'd go back.I've attached some photos of my meal and drinks we had.

Nice steak house, I had prime rib. It's pretty pricey considering what you get, but the food quality is great. Edit: I went back in 2022 after all the pandemic stuff, the steak is still good but it's even more pricey, so still leaving my review at 3 stars. It's just way too expensive. I had a steak which of which one was a bit tough, the other was better. For the price though I'd expect a perfect steak.

Second time we get Michel as our waiter. He is excellent. Very funny and extremely efficient. The food was delicious. If you want great service with your food ask for Michel.
