Buffet Royale Carvery West
It was OK. This isn’t the best BR location in my opinion. The beef ribs was good but the roast beef was bad I believe it was sitting out for a while and there was nobody actually there to carve, and I had to stare at one of the workers before they actually came as we were lining up haha. The other offerings were OK the soups and the gravies were lukewarm, which was disappointing. the plates placement was weird when we arrived there was plates at the end of the aisles, but then it never got replenished but there was some plates on top of the lights in each aisle. I was surprised there was a nachos/taco station but I actually enjoyed it. The chocolate fountain was good if you’re into that. The ice cream station was also good, lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. It’s been a while since I’ve come here for dinner but I’ll probably stick to just going for brunch or for lunch as I find that the food is a lot more appetizing and definitely not sitting out as long, as they are busier so they replenish more often.

The staff and manager were amazing! They were great with helping us with our event. The food was great as well with so much variety. We loved the chocolate fountain and self serve soft ice cream. We ordered and bought an extra roast beef slab as they only had the brunch time available for our event which didn't include it so we were glad we were able to order it as an extra.

Came to this place for my mother-in-laws birthday on Friday June 30, 23. The staff loading the food in the warmers growled in my 13yo daughters ear. Pushed my wife while reaching, placing his armpit over her plate. Spoke to her with a belittling attitude when called on his behavior and proceeded to blame her for the entire incident. Argued with me about his behavior while implying my wife was the one with the problem. Guy was wearing sunglasses while working, Guessing he was too stoned and his eyes were probably bloodshot. Wouldn't surprise me as he was extremely unprofessional in all aspects. We were offered a discount from the on-site management and they were extremely pleasant. I was however a little surprised because they had told me he has behaved in an unprofessional manner several times in the past. If I ever return to this location I will be certain to make sure this employee is not present before I stay. When we come to spend 300 dollars we expect decent service.

Went xmas day with friends - everything was fresh tasted delicious and awesome selections from salads to hot foods and wow deserts. Enjoyed it very much. Raspberry Gin drink was very nice too. Was worth waiting in line up which wasn't that bad.

Food wasn’t anything outstanding, but where this buffet doesn’t shine in the department of flavour it outdoes itself with the variety of selection and quantity. Food, salads, and fresh fruit as well as the chocolate fountain means there is lots to choose from and try. Overall was satisfied and stuffed. Although I wish there was a bit more flavour, and some spice in the dishes.

Good food, however the service was very poor. Empty plates lined our table. The manager although noticing, did nothing about it. The other three employees were having social hour at the bar. I had to clear our own plates. Nobody offered us refills on our beverages, so my wife had to go to the bar to get refills. When you're paying $36 a plate you expect at least some service. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and there was ample staff. We will not be returning.

Have been here many times, and the food was pretty good. I would not call it 5 start cuisine, but for the price you pay, it's pretty great. Can't go wrong with all you can eat.This particular visit the service was terrible. We only saw our waitress once at the beginning to take our drink order. No one checked if we were doing good, etc. The highchair they provided us was dirty and sticky, so I had to wipe it down with baby wipes before we put our daughter in it. I had to go up to the bar to ask for some extra napkins. Once we got up to pay, it took extra time, and we just kind of stood around waiting. No explanation was given as to why it was taking so long to get our bill to the front staff. Overall, the atmosphere was chaotic, and the staff just seemed overwhelmed and not able to attend to guests properly.Having said all this, I would still say the price and quality of the food is good enough to still go check them out and have a good meal.

We went for the lunch buffet menu and it was yummy, spacious, clean, + huge selection of food!There is a chocolate fountain, dessert + soft serve section, and so much more. I really liked the veggie samosas.There's a mix of different cultural foods, albeit it mainly being more Americanized.I would recommend this place for big groups because of the variety and option for private rooms.

Waited so long to finally come to Buffet Royale and was very disappointed. Slow service food was mediocre or just not good. The sushi was warm (gross) ribs both BBQ and fried had no meat the roast was ok mashed potatoes tasted boxed I could spend hours writing a complete review of the food however I won't.Won't be back even if they fix the vanilla ice cream in the ice cream machine.Not worth the price.
