would give zero stars if I could. I've been trying to call them for about a week with no answer. My brand new phone wasn't working so I sent it in to be repaired, and its been over a month now I haven't heard back from them, even tho they said it would be a couple weeks. I had to go in a couple times for issues for my brand new phone, and the service was terrible, they didn't communicate with me at all, I lost some of my information from my old phone cause they didnt even let me know they were doing a data transfer to a new phone and that I should back up some photos if I want them, they just went ahead and did the transfer without telling me. There are several other things that went wrong and they weren't apologetic at all.

Absolute trash store. I went in and asked for a cell phone UPGRADE, and they processed the transaction as a trade-in. Now Bell is asking me to pay $480 for a deferred amount charge that should have been credited back to my account, because an employee at this store made a mistake. I've spent at least 6 hours on the phone with Bell, more time on the phone with the manager of the store, and even went into the store in person to try and sort it out. The manager flat-out refused to help me even though I had instructions from Bell on how to resolve the issue. I will never visit this store again and I suggest you avoid it at all costs.

Shout out to Frankie Lok at the Metrotown Wirelesswave! I am a senior with very limited knowledge of technical devices. My phone was literally dying... it was old and the battery was shot, storage was full, etc. I entered the store with a feeling of dread because I know a lot of phones are above my understanding. Frankie took me under his wing, set me up with the perfect phone, a Pixel 7. He patiently spent time with me, not only explaining things but showing me as well so I could enjoy my phone right away and not be intimidated by technology. He was a professional at his job and I hope that his manager realizes his value. Good job Frankie! Thanks again.

I cannot recommend Sandy highly enough! Anyone who has gone phone/plan shopping before knows the process can be confusing, exhausting, and tedious. This is what my partner and I anticipated when we looked into merging onto a shared plan earlier in August; and after researching promotions and deals for hours online, we decided to check things out in-store. As soon as we walked into Wireless Wave, Sandy approached us to see if we needed any help, and a few hours later we ended up leaving with a killer deal way better than anything we had seen online! She was fully transparent throughout the whole transaction which was SO appreciated - we never once felt like we were being duped or manipulated into a shady deal or purchase. Additionally, her skills for multi-tasking while still providing attentive and caring customer service made themselves well known, as we watched her assist a handful of other clients with their purchases while simultaneously working with us to set up our plan. There were instances where she was on hold with 2 different companies on 2 different phones, while physically assisting another customer in-store, and also making the time to update us on how things were going with our transaction. I am honestly in awe - she did it all without breaking a sweat!We left Wireless Wave with everything we were wanting at an unmatched monthly cost, and will definitely be returning here once it's time to upgrade again. :)
