Was offered a deal by Rogers (ambassador team/win back team) a few weeks ago as I left them previously due to increased rates and lack of quality service. However, the deal that was given to me was so great, I couldn’t resist. When Rogers didn’t come to install I called. They confirmed that the deal was given to me was accurate and gave me a number to the Ambassador team (which is just directed to voice mail) After calling for 3 weeks and leaving messages no one has returned my call. Therefore, I call Rogers back trying to get this issue resolved and get the deal they had promised me. However NOT ONE single person through Rogers could help or resolve this issue. I was even hung up on and spoken to very rude and poorly today. Which is what really made me feel disappointed enough to leave this review. I was told that there’s nothing they can do. Not their loyalty team, not management, sales, or Cancellations department. To me this is not even close to how I want to feel as a customer or how I want to be valued to a company. If you have no customer service, you have nothing Rogers!!!! I’d rather pay double the going rates than to be treated as I was today. If you want loyalty and respect choose another provider if you can. You won’t be sorry.

Hands down the worst! Nightmare to deal with and the actual cable/internet they provide is not reliable. Very ride customer service from people with very little training.

Worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with sent me bills for double what I owed and a disconnectnotice when the customer service rep didn’t have any idea of why they sent it and told me my balance was up to date

Try and get hold of these guys,its almost impossible,customer service direct contact on phone is horrible.over 30 minutes still no one answered.Started an online chat over 15 minutes waiting,still no reply.They want your money but no service.This is not Cornerbrook offfice I dont think,its the phone service itself,no disrespect to Cornerbrook.

Trying to get an internet and cable package, told me my installation date was June 24th. Since then they called me once and re booked and the second time they didn’t even call and canceled again. Been in my place now over a week and still don’t know when I’ll have internet.
