I have been seeing Dr. James Ho for the last few years, and I must say he provides excellent chiropractic care. He helped alleviate my neck pain and improved my range of motion. Tanya Reid’s massage treatment has also been very effective in keeping me relaxed and tension-free. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking chiropractic and massage therapy. I don’t usually write reviews, however I have been impressed with the work of my chiropractor James Ho from 130 Adelaide location that needed to be expressed. I booked an appointment with him specifically because I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of James and how wonderful he had been to help him with his issue( and this person is very hard to impress). James was very friendly from the start, very caring and gentle. I have injured my wrist while lifting weights and was in pain. After he administered his treatment I was a bit skeptical but to my pleasant surprise my wrist felt so much better the next day. I was truly impressed. I went back for a second session with James and again very pleased with the treatment and him as a practitioner. I would highly recommend James to everyone I know that needs a chiropractor.Thank you James for all your help

Tanya Reid is truly an amazing massage therapist. I felt compelled to write this review after an awe-inspiring session. The atmosphere she creates with music allows you to truly relax. Her technique is second to none and she truly provides exceptional treatment throughout the entirety of the session, using acupuncture needles which sit as she massages other parts of your body. Her narration throughout the session while not expecting any reply is the best way for you to understand what she is doing while maintaining relaxation. Her use of tapping to allow you to focus and relax parts of your body prior to her treating is nothing short of mastery. She listens to what you need worked on and finds all trigger points masterfully. She has a blog which allows you to understand more behind the science and benefits of what she is doing. I could not imagine a more talented massage therapist than Tanya.

I have seen Dr. James Ho for several years for various sports related injuries. I’ve always been impressed with his approach to assessing and treating me. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and very good at explaining his reasoning behind what he does and what he prescribes in terms of exercises. I will continue to see James for future treatment.

I started seeing Trevor Vander Doelen during quite possibly the worst period of pain in my life. I mean debilitating back spasms where I couldn’t get out of bed, shoulder pain from sitting at my desk for far too long during the pandemic that prevented me from getting a good nights sleep and achilles tendonosis so painful that even walking was difficult.Not only did Trevor successfully relieve the discomfort of each subsequent issue but he also treated the root cause too. So thanks to him, those issues have not returned and I also enjoy much better mobility than ever before.Working with Trevor means you’re getting 10/10 professionalism, accurate assessment and a Chiropractor who sincerely cares about your recovery. I had the most unfortunately injury (where i was in ER multiple times and couldn’t sit or put weight on my spine for over 5 months and had to go on a disability leave from work)…. So I reached out to Dr. James at Athlete's Care in extreme pain in the lower spine / SI joint area and he has been the most helpful, most knowledgeable, most empathetic and impactful Chiro! He made sure he saw all my reports, understood the condition and started treatment…..while continuously explaining and tweaking the treatment to ensure recovery.In my experience after seeing multiple doctors, therapists, hospitals etc (who only treated the symptoms not the cause)…… I strongly believe Dr. James is the best health care practitioners in Toronto! And yes I am now walking (and dancing) again!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. James Ho and he is easily the best chiropractor I have ever met with.
