50 Feet Orthotic Services

May 2022 one of the nurses from the Villa de Repos suggested that my mother get a new pair of shoes and they would recommend this business as they were the ones that the villa were using and my mother was a resident at their facility I began the process for my mother to get new shoes through 50 feet orthotics services I did everything I was asked to do which was to send pictures of the shoes they needed to be replaced via email and it was confirmed they had received all the information I waited very patiently till this month of March 2023 to which I inquired where they were with the shoes I was told that we’re going to look into it and call me back with an answer which they never did so I decided to go to the store in person so when I arrive there I asked where were the shoes The owner proudly stated I ordered them two days ago which was on March 28 I asked him how come it took so long for him to order them as I had done the process in May 2022 He replied I just got the order two days ago I said well that doesn’t make sense if I put the order in May 2022 He then stated that they are well organized and then I replied if you are so well organized how come you just ordered the shoes two days ago the next thing I know he’s opening the door and telling me to get out and he was cancelling the order I couldn’t understand why he did that as I was very pleasant I just wanted some answers or at least get an apology for their mistake but instead I was showing the door to get out so I assume a man banned from that place now if I could put a zero star that’s what I would do but unfortunately does not allow me to do that
