The kids really enjoyed themselves while visiting this place for a birthday for a 6 year old. They have some games that you will use the coin to play and anytime you win, you get some coupons that you can exchange for candies. My children were not a fan of the types of candies that was provided though. They had fun at the end of the day.

Great place for kids to run off energy. Entrance fees are a bit steep imo. $15/kid for 3-13 year olds. 12 months and under is free. I think the entrance fee for kids in the middle is $12?It's quite large. Has an ATM, arcade machines (bring loonies and toonies), bathrooms, party rooms. A section for toddlers/babies only. They have a food concession stand as well.Examples of food sold are fruit cups, muffins, sandwiches, apple sauces, Kool aid, milk, water bottles, fountain pops. Refills are not free. There is a hot food menu. Hot dogs, pizza, fries, poutine type things. Prices are $$$ but in line with specialty concession pricing. There is NO WATER FOUNTAIN, but you can use the bathrooms to refill water bottles.Tables are small to sit at, but you can move some together. It's very loud, if you or your child are noise sensitive bring noise canceling headgear. Best for ages under 10 imo.

My children had a blast playing during a March break afternoon. It was quite busy, as expected. My children had a lot of fun playing in the structure and ball areas. My toddler liked the ball pit and the toys in the toddler area. The area became overran with many older children, and I had to take her out for her safety. The downside is the lack of supervision throughout the facility. The staff can not monitor all the children, and the parents won't monitor their children, so I observed a lot of dangerous behaviors that put other children at risk as well as children playing in the bathroom. I frequent play spaces with my children, and it's the first time I've observed a total disregard for safety. I notified the staff of something I observed, and they immediately corrected and prevented the situation. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.

We brought our 21 month old and dragged our 13 year old both had a blast. Toddler area closes at 8 pm so we will have to go earlier next time. Staff were very friendly and helpful and my one daughter who is a huge Marvel fan got to take a picture by the birthday mural.

Decently accessible and lots of parking. It's a healthy balance between number of things for the kids to do and overall size, in that you can mostly see where your kids are at any given time - so it's not too daunting/negligent to take two kids in there as one parent. Fairly busy during the weekends, like any of these indoor playgrounds. If you can take your kids during the weekday, I highly recommend it - as it's a completely different and way more enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I went on a Thursday afternoon and there was less than 10 other kids in there. The food is decent and the pricing is fair. Overall, in terms of bang for buck - it's probably one of the better things to do with your kids.

Went today on a Saturday when it was cold out - wanted to leave immediately. $40 for 3 toddlers, not enough room for shoes so they were everywhere, probably at least 100 people (I feel like this should be limited so that someone can actually enjoy the space), food on the floor and dirty tables that weren’t cleaned in the entire hour we were there. Wouldn’t recommend going at all at busy times

Went their on the long break with kids. Went in the afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Really nice staff. The place was okay and clean. But on Sunday, we went around the lunch time and we had to wait a bit but really nice staff. I can see that the person was trying their best to let us in fast, so I am not upset. Wish the place could be clean more and the bathroom. And we were able to get our order fast. We really enjoy it.

So this woman brings her baby to the ball pit and puts the baby in there where my little one is ALREADY playing and jumping into the pit. She put her baby close to my child and then proceeds to become aggressive towards my kid pointing her finger and yelling at my child to becareful that there's a baby in here. She was extremely rude with her approach and the way she reacted to my child who got scared of her when she pointed her finger and started getting mad, when my child did nothing wrong. This kind of behaviour and hostility is unacceptable, I thought this indoor playground was suppose to be a safe environment but it clearly isn't with customers like this being allowed in the facility. You guys need to do better with monitoring what kind of people are coming in here as there other children who come here to feel safe and have fun, definitely not impressed.

Great economical place for kids to have fun. We visited on a Sunday at 3PM and it wasn’t overcrowded but had just the right amount of kids to make it livelyThe place was clean and the cafe was good for lunch. There were enough different amenities for different age groups to stay engagedMy 3 year old kid had a blast and didn’t want to leave even after 3 hours of play
