Nicole is a great massage therapist! My partner was a massage therapist for 20 years, and Nicole is as good as my honey!Nice atmosphere and very relaxing.

Nicole is an amazing masseuse. I have also done several Reiki sessions with her. She knows what she is doing. If you are curious about reiki, just book a 30 minute session with her, you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

I loved the vibe and energy of Nicole's space. She offers a variety of quality massage services. I had my first raindrop therapy massage with Nicole and it was absolutely wonderful, it surpassed All my expectations from what I had heard about this treatment. She's recently added yoga to her clinic and I cannot wait to join in on those classes! I highly recommend grounded Wellness as your go to centre for self care and your body's overall physical health!

Awesome (sports) massage! I normally am not a massage person, but after my wife visited here she convinced me to give it a try again. Very happy I tried it and I can't wait to come back. Also, direct billing with insurance is a nice touch.

I was having a lot of TMJ pain this morning, it started a few days ago, and was getting progressively worse. Nicole was able to squeeze me into her schedule this afternoon- and was able to give me some relief, as well as show me some exercises to do at home to help continue the healing process. Highly recommend!!!
