I ordered an advance delivery and it was here within 2 days. Until the delivery we received a couple of email informing us of where the order was at. Great service for piece of mind.

5 times booked to install the tank and fill up but never showed!! They don’t return calls, and honestly they don’t care. They told us to have our current tank as empty as possible and set a date. I told them they would be super close by that time almost emptied. Assured us they will be there. We’ll they weren’t and we had to buy electric heaters for the house so the pipes didn’t freeze.Terrible, terrible, terrible service!UPDATE: They called to follow up and advised they would show up two days ago. Never came, won’t return calls. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
