I'd give it another star but the youngest working there attacked me once when he thought I had his mouse but it was accidentally misplaced.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. I stop at Esso in Killam to fuel my car each time I travel to my destination in Alberta and on way back home to Saskatchewan. Been my fuel up place for quite a few years. Thank you Esso Killam for your kind and friendly service.

Nice little rest stop and fuel stop. Has the usual drinks and road snacks. Very friendly service, while I was there that is.

I wouldn't even give this gas station a star if I didnt have to. Their hospitality was horrific! We got a flat tire and they wouldn't let us change it on the premisis in the pouring rain! There is nothing convinient about this convinience store!

Never go here.. The staff and management are rude unprofessional, I cannot believe that this place is still open after having many issues here. Calling Esso head office does nothing, and this is why I will never go to this location or any Esso location ever again.. If your reading this please stay away from this location, they don’t deserve your business.

Was at this location today July 30th 2017 at 11:08am and my wife and I were treated really bad from the manager and his son because I was there to wash my windows, he comes out and tells me to get off his property yelling and screaming/swearing at me and my wife because we were not getting gas so we are not welcome there. He was in my face telling me to get out and also gets his son to come out and confront me giving me the finger and wouldn't get out my face till I got back into my car to leave. I will never go back to this location and head office will be notified about this, never go here. I couldn't believe this was happening what kind of service is this, I will also be doing a youtube blog about this because nobody should ever go here and this place should get shut down.

For any people who rated this 1 star do not understand the situations at the time. The change of the flat tire during the time was past the hours of operation. The management of this convenience store is good along with their hospitality.

Great service! I ran out of fuel do to a faulty fuel gauge. I got to this gas station 5 minutes after they closed. Thankfully someone was still there and nice enough to re-open to allow me to fuel up my jerry can. Rarely see this level of customer service these days!
