Poor quality for simple alteration

Brought in a down jacket with leather trim on the pockets. They completely destroyed the leather trim on the pockets. Seems like they did not inspect the garment beforehand and were not aware that there was leather on it.

I have not used this business for dry cleaning but on two separate occasions, I have purchased hand-sewn cloth face masks. These face masks are fantastic. I'm not sure about the issue of the other reviewer as both my experiences have been very positive. They sell for $15 each and they are available in 4 sizes: child, teen, small and large. They are the best-fitting non-medical masks I have bought. They fit behind the ears and have wire nose adjustment and a pocket for a filter. These are super comfortable and allow some room for breathing. I gave one to my mother who said it's her favourite. Both times I purchased, I have had to place an order in person and in advance for pick-up at a later date. When you enter the store, you can select from a number of pre-cut fabrics however they can customize the size if what you are looking for isn't already cut. They have cotton and jersey knit fabrics and solids and prints. I've been able to pick-up my masks about 3 days later. Heads-up: they really prefer cash payment for the masks.

Always friendly, never had a bad cleaning experience in the many years we have used them. Good alterations. Used them for blankets and rugs as well as clothes
