Respiratory Therapist Ray has been very helpful and patient. A lot of people like me have little idea how sleep apnea affects not only the quality of sleep, but also our health in general. Ray listened and provided sound advice and guidance on how to cope with this condition. Thank you.

So far it has been great working with Nikola. She is very professional, not to mention well mannered and well dressed too. She has been very accomodating with my questions, concerns and follow up schedules.I would also like to commend the other staff at Coastal sleep for their courtesy and urgency in facilitating the procurement of my CPAP. It has been a smooth sailing experience thus far.

Getting a CPAP machine at 23 is rough but Ray and his team made the extra effort to make sure I was adjusting he ok! I really appreciate the “on call” approach Ray took to help me navigate setting up the machine and other adjustments I ran into along the way!

The staff at Coastal Sleep in Richmond are friendly, helpful and informative. Nikola was my clinician and she put me at ease as I accepted my sleep apnea diagnosis. I was given the time I needed to adjust to a new way of sleeping during the trial period. Nikola was patient with me as I came to understand the long term health benefits with continuous oxygen to my HEART, BRAIN and the rest of my body while sleeping. After my first night using cpac I didn't have the brain fog that I would have in the morning. I have been using the Cpac nightly for almost 3 months and every morning I wake up refreshed. My thinking is clear and I have the energy to enjoy productive days. Thank you Nikola and staff for making me feel comfortable and valued.

Great place! I started CPAP therapy a few weeks ago, and knew nothing about it.Nikola was very punctual, helpful, kind, patient and available. She is also knowledgeable and really knows the products, which helped me understand how things work. We met several times, she also called to follow up and check that everything was fine and tell me that she was monitoring from her computer and that everything looked good. It was very reassuring to be able to test a demo machine (without paying for it) first and also to be lended a kit to test my oxygen levels to make sure the CPAP therapy was working (and it is!).They also helped fill out and send the papers to my insurance, they were super efficient and the claim was approved quickly.The whole experience was really positive because everything felt easy and simple.The location was very convenient too since it's so close to the Richmond center.Thank you for everything!

If you have been told that you snore when sleeping or if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea be sure to follow through and meet with a respiratory therapist such as the experts available at Coastal Sleep. My experience with the therapists and staff at the Richmond location has been life changing. Special thanks to my therapist Ray and to Carmen a wonderful member of their support staff who have been so supportive in ensuring my equipment and educational needs are addressed, and ensuring insurance forms are filled out correctly and sent off to my insurance providers. Having and dealing with sleep apnea is a bummer, but the staff at Coastal sleep made the process from start to finish easy to deal with and the end result is i can now sleep at night.Many thanks

Bad service compared to Mainland Sleep Clinic. Customer service is lacking proper English and Carmen talks too much and stares down patients to sign forms. If you get diagnosed here, do your trial elsewhere since they make you buy a mask to do the trial for $300

I had Philip cpap under recall but didn't have been replaced after a year.I received response from Philip and the machine has been sent to you.I have no idea if my health would be affected by this recalled machine.If it was;Who is going to be responsible for this?The email you send to customers explained the excuse is really annoying.I believe some customers was fed by that and behaved rudy ( I don't judge) but the customer like me without complaindo not feel comfortable to receive this email.

Hello out there sleep-lovers! I just had the most amazing sleep ever with my new sleep machine! Ray, who serviced me at coastal sleep seemed to know just how to tweek my new machine. I am enjoying really nice deep sleep now. Such a blessing!
