The worst company to work with, they don't care about your business at all. We called and emailed the sales team many times and still no update. Even the manager of the sales department give us the wrong quote and promised to follow up still no update. We feel sorry for this large company which still cannot offer simple customer service.

MSC is only shipping company charges port congestion surcharge . we ended up paying $10,000 just in congestion surcharge , such a steal . Plus there containers are always delayed arrives after months of ETA , plus poor customer service . Import employee AKASHDEEP PURI" rudest guy i ever talked to . He said if other customers can figure out why you can't . I felt offended by talking to that guy."
