Ingram's Chimney Sweepers
I highly recommend Ingram’s. They were courteous, polite and efficient. Everything was left clean and were conscientious in doing so. Tom was very informative as well. I will be calling them every year or so for cleaning and inspection in the future.

Ingram's Chimney Sweepers
Tom was very professional and did a quality job. Our chimney needed a lot of repairs when we moved in. Ingram’s gave us an accurate quote and followed through on everything. Now it looks great and I feel safe burning fires this winter! We will continue to use his services for routine cleanings too.From a moms perspective: Both the workers were patient and kind to answer all the questions my kids had about chimney cleaning and repair.

Tom was extremely helpful with advice. Scheduled us quickly for an install that we needed to coordinate with another company. Chris came to the house to do the sweeping. He was professional and careful. A fine experience all around.

Chris and Justin came early, which was awesome for me! I needed a cap and inspection with a possible cleaning. They were upfront and honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Justin even told me to call if I needed anything and he meant it. They were the only company to reach out to me when I left messages with everyone. Absolutely 100% recommend Ingram's Chimney sweep. Incredible customer service, Justin was extremely professional and gave us recommendations on how to maintain our chimney. Tom and Jake inspected and cleaned the fireplace in my home. They must be doing something right, because my appointment was scheduled a month out.They came at the appointment time window and called ahead to let me know how soon until they would arrive.My chimney wasn't too bad so they were in and out quickly.I would recommend Ingram Chimney to anyone in the Rochester area.

Ingram's Chimney Sweepers have been maintaining my chimney, fireplace and fireplace insert for 19 years. Tom and Justin are the best! They are prompt, thorough, clean and reasonably priced. They have always been beyond professional and they do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied. In any service industry it's impossible to please everyone, but everyone I've referred to Tom and Justin is thrilled to have them work on their chimneys. They are the best!
