It’s true to its name because having them as your wedding coordinator is truly a gift and with our coordinator’s responsiveness in situ they’ll absolutely give the attention your wedding needs while being such a wonderful listening ear to bounce off ideas with. They really helped us navigate our suppliers, especially in coordinating with our reception venue, church, decorations, music and additional desserts. Becca did an amazing job especially on the day of our wedding! We had to do a venue flip cause we had our ceremony and reception in the same area so while our guests were having cocktails outside, Becca’s team did the flip and transformed the ceremony venue into a reception setup in under 1 hour! Everything went smoothly, no one had a clue of how much stress and labour was going on inside. We came back from the cocktails and pictorial with the venue looking perfect. The venue flip went so smoothly! Becca also made sure all my design visions came to life and every single detail was followed from the mood board that we created together. She was such a pleasure to work with, she made our wedding day so stress-free for me! She and her team even went the extra mile and helped retouch my makeup mid-reception. Our wedding wouldn’t have been a success without their team!

When I found Presents and Presence on WeddingWire, it was just serendipitous! Rebecca was extremely responsive and professional from the outset. My e-mail inquiries were answered immediately. My fiancé and I met her a few days after our initial e-mail exchange, and we knew immediately that we found one gem of a wedding co-ordinator. Rebecca was my same day coordinator for my wedding in September and I cannot express how thankful I am that I chose her. She went above and beyond my expectations ensuring our wedding day was nothing short of amazing! follow Rebecca on social media and saw one of she inspiration board posts on Instagram. I was in the middle of planning my son’s second birthday and saw she had posted a donut wall - which I thought would be the last and perfect little addition to my son’s cake/dessert table. I had immediately messaged her and asked her if she rented out that donut stand she had posted. She actually told me that it was just a photo she had posted but she could actually make one from scratch for me! As Rebecca was making it she asked me for my input every time (which btw was super thoughtful). Come the day - I actually got the donut stand delivered and was offered a set up also! The donut stand she made was an amazing little addition to my son’s 2nd birthday and was a total hit!I loved working with Rebecca and wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again for me next event!

Rebecca Manankil is not your average wedding planner, and I am super glad she is not. From the moment of our first meeting I had a feeling we were going to get along famously. She took this non-conformist of a bride and helped her envision a wedding that became a dream come true with a refreshing style, class, and within budget. She is young and eager but has a wise soul that allows you see the wide range of potential your wedding could be. We hired her and decided to use her full services which was about a year of planning. Rebecca was professional, attentive, responsive, flexible, but most of all patient which made our compatibility all the more better since I do not like planning any events, especially events that put me in the spotlight. My job also took me away for the year so she made it so easy for me by helping me plan from afar. Her ideas were fresh which made it easy to collaborate and also fun, but what I loved most is that anything I wasn't able to deal with she took on. Whether it was negotiating pricing, finding someone to make us program fans, meeting with us at the venue many times to make sure we were in good hands, she was there and ready to be our middle-woman. On the day we walked into the venue, Rebecca and her assistant had everything under control and handled all the details. Anything that needed tending to she was on top of it which made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy the day. My family and I absolutely loved her- and you will too!!
