Don't call MIKE if you want a professional product. He takes your money, then you will be chasing him for months to get your project done. He doesn't follow through and rarely returns calls. If you want to spend tens of thousands on a product and not get your monies worth, give him a call. His regular excuse is I'm so busy". Even his other clients/ friends that he has done work for say the same thing. His responses to other reviews are bogus and false. All confirmed. There is always legal action if you havespent as much as i have."

I would NOT recommend this company at all. I spent $3500 on a 1 page website that had spelling mistakes. After completion the company ignored me, did not do what they promised AND 1 year later they still have not given me a receipt. I wasted my money here, trying to help a fellow Sudbury resident to avoid doing the same. Do not go here as the management and customer service is terrible.

I was ripped off for 5800 dollars by this piece of work, lies and delays and after 11 months l got nothing. Since then l met 2 other people that have been scammed by this place. Beware" so you don't get "Snagged" out of your time and money."

If I could give Snagged 0 stars, I would. I have never dealt with a business that is so unprofessional. Lack of communication. You never get responses. You dish out a lot of money and don't get a completed project. Very disappointed. If you were planning on getting Snagged to do a project for you, I would reconsider as I wouldn't want anyone else dealing with the same issues.
