Vital Massage Therapy
The staff at Vital Massage are very friendly. I have seen Eric about 5 times and each session has relieved pain or tightness in my shoulder. He is very easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour which helps to keep me relaxed. He always recommends some exercises to do at home to stretch out the muscles, asks how I have done between sessions and if I had any problems since our last visit. He is very conscientious and I would highly recommend him.

Vital Massage Therapy
Amazing experience! Jeff and his team have created a comfortable environment that welcomes you the moment you open the door. During my session I was verbally walked through each step and explained the process of how my body is working and where the pain is coming from. I have already booked in for 2 more sessions and am looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!!

Eric is a great RMT! Effective release techniques, checking in on effectiveness and comfort level throughout, and seems like an overall good person as well. Highly recommend!Front desk person was super kind and the facility is nice as well. Lots of parking outside along the street.

Tayler is an incredible RMT who gives time and understanding to listen to what you may be needing with respect to treatments. She also offers great exercises and tips to help outside of the session! She has a lot of skill and knowledge and always delivers a great treatment.

Vital Massage Therapy
I just had a massage for my birthday yesterday with Eric Cadham. All the staff was very pleasant & It was a truly wonderful experience.Eric is very knowledgeable and skillful with his practice. We worked on releasing pain from my body, plus he took the extra time and dedication to help educate me through the massage. He even gave me some pointers on how to continue my own healing at home.I am very grateful for my first experience at vital massage and highly recommend Eric the massage studio all around.Thank you Eric & staff.

Maggie is extremely friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeableand throughout the interview process she was able to determine where to spend her time for best treatment outcome. Throughout the treatment I felt comfortable and relaxed as she worked. She would check in for general pressure and when she was working through a sensitive area ensuring she wasnt causing pain. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great RMT.Receptionist is very kind and personable, putting in the extra effort to help you feel comfortable and welcome.Lovely clinic all around.
