Horrible staff. Asked for a meal to-go and and when it came on a tray i asked to have it put in a bag. The cashier sighed, threw it in a bag and threw it on the counter. The one with wierd eyelashes.

Watch out, your food could have been half eaten by a rat.We stopped by and grabbed two kids meals on our way home and noticed that one of the Goodbars was chewed on by a rat. We noticed this after my son had eaten his meal. I am disgusted to think a rat was in the box before it went out.I called and email to let them know and they reached out by email offering to replace the meal, which I think is an insult. They told me that they prebuild the boxes and put the bars in them, but would stop this practice moving forward. Does that indicate that they can't manage their rat problem? Never going back.

Not aimed at A&W specifically but this location. They refused to take partial cash payment. All I wanted was to pay $5 by cash and rest of debit, the cashier made it I was asking them to land a plane. Soured my experience for what I thought was a simple request. I’ll just be going to the location in North Shore instead next time.

It was ok, they never have properly made onions for the buddy burgers. There old and extra slimey, probably mixing old batches with new to maximize profits and minimize waste counts.

Best a&w in Kamloops. Staff are super nice and actually act like they want to be there! Food is piping hot and overall a nice experience

The staff that was on today is amazing. Smart and attentive is how I would best describe. They took their time with my technology challenged husband and did not make him fell bad about it. They were busy but took the time to be kind. She listened attentively and was a pleasure to deal with. Our food was great!

Orders are almost always wrong or defective, the window they serve food from is disgusting and hasn't been wiped down in the last 6 months and is dripping grease due to mechanical issues.Today I ordered a Mozza, no tomato, fries and a root beer with ketchup and vinegar.I received: Mozza with tomato and a hair, fries, 3 vinegar packets no ketchup and a coke.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through today in a short line for lunch. Every time I've been to this location this year the service is extremely slow. Staff are friendly and seem hardworking, I presume they are understaffed but it's come to the point where my family and friends are beginning to avoid this location if they are looking for a quick lunch.
