Great place to pick up some stuff for the stampede

Small selection, bought a pair of boots there. The selection wasn’t good so I bought a pair that fit but wasn’t happy with. I then changed my mind, next trip to the city I brought them with to return and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced ensued. The boots had never been worn outside but they refused to return them. I would’ve understand if the woman at the till wasn’t giving me such a poor attitude. Messaged the company on Facebook and was met with more rudeness. It’s put a bad taste in my mouth for Lammles. Shop at cow town people or better yet your mom and pop shops. Less drama

It's a very sad place to shop. For all the staff working not one came up to us to see if we needed a hand. One was on the phone on a which sounded like a personal phone call while on the floor. Had one girl not come out from behind the counter ask if I wanted to put my Jean's on the counter I said no. I wanted to try them on. Her answer was you have to wait the rooms are full. But you think she would have gone to look. As I went to the change rooms one was empty. Then she processed to tell the girl at the til that she helped. Hell no she didn't. If I was her boss I would be kicking her ass for taking commission on something she didn't even help with. They don't care about customer service they just care about making money on sales they did nothing for.

Exceptional and friendly service by Wade who helped us choosing our western gear the last three times we shopped at that store. Every time we ended up finding and buying what we were looking and even more. Wade was kind and patient and very helpful. We keep going back to this store every time and have been very happy every time. They have an impressive selection of products and apparel for the size of the store. Wade knows the store inventory very well and is quick at finding every thing we've been asking him. Absolutely recommend this location of Lammlee's stores.

Bailey just helped me pick out a pair of cowgirl boots and she was super helpful. She was really knowledgeable about the fit of the boots. She was very kind and patient as I was a bit indecisive about the sizing of the boots. I have little experience with western wear but the staff were all very welcoming none the less. If a friend is looking for boots I would definitely recommend Lammle's and tell them to ask for Bailey.

Mum and I popped in to look at purses because my previous one had to be retired and ended up leaving with a dress, boots, AND a purse! Wade was wonderful help and really knows his stuff when it comes to boots. Thank you for such a nice experience! This is the best Lammle's in Calgary with the nicest staff.

awesome! i go almost every satrday. super nice workers! guy with white beard is super helpful as well as a young lady with aubyn hair. i hope they get more weather beta saddle pads in or lemieux as i will be buying them. prices are awesome on hoof picks and other grooming supplize. hopefully more halters come in soon too although there is a decent selection.

The lady that was working was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed to locate regarding clothes and was quick to check up while I was trying anything on to grab me a different size in anything. The selection of belts was slightly disappointing but I understand that Lammles only sells commercially made belts so the quality isn’t as high as a local leather maker or carver. It’s too bad they don’t have more local options like that.

The current manager at this location does not know the company's return policy. She refused to let me exchange a hat that I had purchased for a different one. I purchased the hat the week before. The hat was never used and still had the tags with the receipt. I went to the lammle's downtown and they let me exchange the hat immediately, no questions asked. I highly recommend going to the lammle's downtown as the employees were much more caring for their customers.

Great selection of boots and hats for everyone!
