Nicky was amazing as our day of wedding coordinator! He was very detail oriented and made sure I was taken care of at all times with bringing food/water during the ceremony and reception. If anyone needs a wedding coordinator, Nicky is definitely the one I would go to.

Nicky did an amazing job at organizing my wedding celebration! He is extremely detail oriented, professional, friendly, and helpful! He recommended all the vendors who were amazing to work with. Nicky understands how to work with people really well, which is an overlooked skill. He helped bring my vision to life and made sure all the logistical pieces were thought through! His personality is really easy to work with while being professional and fun. On the day of, he went above and beyond ensuring the day went smoothly. The adoration and compliments about our wedding have been nonstop. Everything was done so incredibly well. We were blown away by how beautifully the wedding came together. From ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. Everything was exactly how we had imagined it, except even more beautiful.Nicky is a hard working individual that makes one of the most stressful planning challenges of ones life look effortless. His attention to detail and ability to execute perfection is second to none. He is also very down to earth, humble and kind-hearted (one of the kindest people we’ve met) and very sweet.His recommendations and advice were always spot on. Nicky was amazing! I didn’t need to think on my wedding day as Nicky took care of everything so quickly and efficiently! He is very understanding and such a good person to be around. We’d like to think we’re very organized people, but he recommended so many good points and ways to organize our big day. We definitely would’ve failed at this wedding if we didn’t have him.Would definitely recommend him for any event planning.

Nicky is INCREDIBLE at what he does. From our very first meeting, it was very clear that he is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and very talented. Nicky was communicative and patient throughout the entire planning process. He provided amazing recommendations and caught on to missing details that we would not have realized without him! Not only did he do a fantastic job with the set up of the venue, he also helped us pick up and return decor items that we rented. We couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding day went. The day went by so smoothly and every detail was executed flawlessly, which allowed us to fully enjoy the moment. Nicky was our Wedding Planner and Day of Coordinator for our wedding on May 27, 2023. When we were searching for a wedding planner, our most important requirement was to have a responsive person and Nicky’s turnaround time was always very fast. After the initial meeting, we learned that Nicky is very experienced in wedding planning, has been in the event coordinating business for a long time, and has a lot of connections within the industry. Most importantly, he made us feel very comfortable and like a friend who we can count on. We only had 6-7 months to plan the entire wedding and we really could not have done it without him. From recommending venues and vendors, creating a timeline, finding the most amazing officiant for us to the finest details that we did not even think about (i.e. a nice pen for signing!), he is truly, TRULY amazing, efficient, and personal.The day went very smoothly, and we did not worry about any of the logistics at all because we knew Nicky has it all taken care of. He was on top of everything so we could enjoy our day to the fullest!Nicky, I know we have said this so many times, but THANK YOU!
