I had a makeup service done on may 13th by Lauren S. and she was absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgable, personable, and so very talented. My makeup was STUNNING! I asked from something simple, yet different and she delivered. She was kind and professional throughout the service. Once we finished up, she had asked if I was looking to get any product, and to be honest i wasn't, however because of her knowledge and good judgement I purchased new skin care products and 10/10 have changed my skin. She provided simple options for what I was looking for and went above and beyond by explaining each product and its benefits. I've had an interaction in-store with her before asking about a new product and she was quick and knowledgable on a review of the product and the line it came from. I'm not sure if she is management, but based on her skills and professionalism she should be.I would highly recommend booking with Lauren for all your makeup needs and asking for her advice when shopping in store.I look forward to my next service and product pick-up in the future.

Walked into the new location in the park place plaza minutes from home love it so convenient.I absolutely love makeup and fragrances going into Sephora it’s like a kid going into a candy shop you just want it all. The recommendations are very helpful with picking products and brands the staffs were so friendly and professional.

Today, I had an amazing experience at Sephora and I’ll credit it to Luis. I got all of the knowledge I needed to know from Luis and walked out so satisfied. There is a lot I could say about my visit and how welcome I felt, but I would just like to say thank you!!! It was so appreciated.

This was the most horrible shopping experience I’ve had, I would like to start by saying I was very excited for this new store to open considering there are none close by, I’m a very loyal Sephora costumer and I shop at Sephora every week I came in today to buy some new makeup and the employees basically harassed me, they followed me the entire time I was there giving me disgusting looks and making me feel very uncomfortable anytime I would grab an item they would double look to make sure I wasn’t stealing I could tell they thought my intention was to steal from the store but I tried my best not to acknowledge it and continue shopping, the continued to give me horrible looks and follow me around the store although at this point I wanted to leave the store and just go somewhere else I paid for my makeup and left as I was walking out the three employees who were following me and staring at me were all standing together talking about theft in the store and staring at me as I walked out (clearly to make me more uncomfortable) I turned around to get another look to see if this was really happening to me and the look they gave me made me never want to enter that store again. Please do something about this no costumer (especially a loyal costumer who buys AND PAYS for product so often) should have to go through this. I’m usually not one to comment on bad service or complain but this left me feeling very upset. I will not be returning to this Sephora.

i had an amazing experience my last visit at this Sephora. the worker that helped me, Sathana was the most amazing employee i have encountered. she helped me for like 2 hours… giving me great recommendations …helping me pick out products from makeup, skin care, and hair. she also helped me to try on and compare all the products i was interested in. she was so lovely to talk to and clearly loves her job! i am so so happy with all the things i bought with her help… my makeup has never looked better! thank you Sathana!! :)

Just visited the newly opened store and had a great experience. The host acknowledged me right away and offered help. She matched me with the very knowledgeable (and pretty) Cassandra, who shared many expert tips and matched me with the right products. Thank you ladies! Can’t wait to visit again.

Mia is such a great Store manager and person who listens to customer concerns or complaints. I brought in a product to exchange past return date which I assumed I may not be able to get a credit for but decided to explain myself. Even though the policy says 60 days and I was past there was nothing they could do which I was understanding. However she listened to my story about my damaged hair and my disappointment in the k18 hair mask that didn't seem to work for me.She paired me up with Ailish who was a FANTASTIC sales associate who suggested and explained esch product so throughly with her esthetic graduate background. She was just amazing explaining the Briogeo hair line. I will be comming back shopping st this location. Although all sephoras seem friendly i will say I belive the way Mia runs her staff here is to be genuine and listen to the clients needs. I'm very impressed for a retail store.THANK YOU AGAIN. Even though I'm upset I can't exchange the product because it's my fault it's past return date with more than 60% of the product I will say I'm happy leaving here with information and smiles.

Disappointed with the customer service experience I had. Went to exchange a product I bought online because I had mistakenly ordered the wrong colour… Went in store to make the exchange but was asked to pay the difference on the product since I had originally bought it on sale. I understand this would be the case if I was making a return, but I simply was just trying to exchange the product for a different colour.

The staff here are always SO kind and helpful! It's super clean and there's a great selection of different brands. I have been to this location countless times and the service is top notch. It's hard to find great customer service anywhere these days but if you need help just ask and they are always happy to assist
