I would like to personally thank everyone that wrote a bad review of Son Motors LTD. I was considering going to look at a rebuilt Toyota Tacoma but after researching the company I have decided against it. Had there been a few bad reviews I would’ve ignored it but there are just WAY too many to be ignored. I also dislike how the owner’s response to almost every complaint (and there are MANY) is “we checked the records and your (google name) doesn’t show up” HAHA! Good grief, these guys don’t try very hard to NOT look like scammers. So, thanks again everyone for saving me from wasting my hard earned money on a truck that seemed to good to be true… and probably is.

BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC. Bought a truck from here, rotors had to be replaced within 2 weeks. Differential has now gone. Major transmission issues. Spent 40k and now spending over 10k on repairs. BE AWARE.

Abas was great! Sent me all the info he had about a rebuilt Jeep I was interested in. Let me test drive it for about 1/2hr by myself. No pressure, no tactics. Price was fair and market value. Turns out he was a Jeep guy too!Would come back again! I'm super happy with my Wrangler.

Based on my personal experience these guys are salesmen. Their inspections reports are not accurate to the condition of the car. I would recommend doing your own inspections if you consider purchasing from them, finding things out after you purchase the car will not help you. I picked up a 2016 F150 4X4 Supercrew, including extended warranty for $32,000 and I paid cash, no financing. They sold me the car with almost no gas in the tank and the fluids were not even topped up. I took the car to two tires shops as well as Ford. Tires on the truck are bad due to uneven wear and cupping and need replacement, front brakes also need replacing. Ford is now quoting me $6000 to replace the cam phasers (VVT), which are causing the truck to make a rattling noise on cold start. Warranty will cover some but I'm left with a $2200 bill.

Bought a truck from them 5 years ago still running excellent. Never had any problems they gave me a good trade in for my car. Definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Been a few months I didn’t get a chance to write a review. I Got a truck from here paid $40,000. Literally within the hour of driving it off the lot EVERYTHING was lit on the dash. Engine making messed up sounds. Transmission started slipping. Junk dealership I called back to get it checked out but they didn’t help me out at all. Do not buy from here 1/10 take your money elsewhere you will be better off in the long term.

I'd like to give a detailed review as someone who works in the industry in Sales. I inquired to post on marketplace on a Ram 1500. Response was quick this truck did have rebuild status due to a theft recovery. This might scare some people but not how Abas & Rob presented all the information without any issues at all.1. Showed up waiting for me was a package. Carfax Report/Cost of OEM parts/Repairs done/Certified Report showing repairs were done properly as well provided pictures before and after.2. I asked if I could have a third party inspection without hesitation he said yes a mobile inspection is no issue.3. I had a friend with me who is a heavy duty mechanic and inspected the repairs and it was clear it was done properly.4. Financing and documents were done in a matter of half a day.5. Car was detailed by hand not cheap brushes that end up scratching the paint.6. Lastly there were a few minor issues of adjustments needed to the vehicle it was agreed on a hand shake and he took care if it as promised.** Those that leave 1 Star reviews often have an unrealistic expectation when purchasing. No matter the vehicle you never know how it was treated by a previous owner when dealing with a used vehicle. All a dealership can do is do their very best to inspect and repair issues seen and be honest and upfront with the customer.This family owned business who has gone above and beyond to do what they can to take care of my needs and I would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
