Where are more stars? This company needs to be recognized! These folks did my new countertops, Island and bar top last year. Last night The sink they installed loosened in the corner. Today before 12:30 it is fixed. I still have 12 months more to wait for an Ear Nose Throat Doctor! Excellent customer Service!

I was told that we should come back when we revised our budget, that this store is too expensive for my husband and I. They didn't even ask how much our budget was (and it was unlimited), so we went to Stonex and had a way better experience.

We had an issue with one of the joints. I called their office and someone was sent to repair it. They did a great job of the installation and we have had many great comments on the counters.

Absolutley the worst customer service. They have a kid running the front counter. They wouldnt sell me what i wanted.Idiots

Broke granite on island. Refused to replace it. Refused to support the piece with plywood which is why broke in first place. No effort to match granite where peices we joined. Very poor job on bevel and corners. Would give less than one star if I could.... Stay away from this place. Should be minus star rating

Catastrophically unprofessional! Took them an hour to give us a quote and process a credit card payment, and by the time we got home they called us and demanded an extra payment for a price increase, to which we of course didn't agree. We went there next day to get our money back and they had issues with their card reader again. They even claimed they had refunded us while the machine said process failed! Half an hour later we finally had our refund.If they're not dishonest, unprofessional is the mildest description for their way of running business. Avoid them.
