My parents and I were looking for an electric hospital bed for my grandmother and since this was not entirely planned for we needed something right away and within our budget. Araf at AHCP was able to help us with both plus more. The initial in-person appointment at his store was positive as he showed us our options in detail as well as provided realistic recommendations. We found the right bed and within 24 hours Araf himself showed up at our door to install the bed ON A SUNDAY. I should also mention delivery to Mississauga was FREE and installation was included in our bed package. He also gave us a presentation on how to use the bed to ensure it works for us without issue moving forward. He only took payment after the bed was installed and working to ensure we would be 100% satisfied with our decision to purchase the bed. Now, the bed is used but it is sanitized and so clean that it essentially looks brand new and came with a new mattress, waterproof cover and sheets for a steal of a price. We definitely recommend AHCP if you are looking for a hospital bed.

I was in need of a hospital bed rather quickly. I found Araf's site and reviewed what was available. He was quick to respond to my messages, even though it was a Saturday evening. He answered all my questions, and when I asked about a shower chair, he had that as well. He was knowledgable and delivered the very next day- on a Sunday so I would have it for her. When he arrived at my house, on time, he set up the bed and gave me a demo on how to use it. He also offers the special length of sheets needed for a very reasonable price and threw in for free, a protective mattress cover. I was a bit nervous purchasing something like this on-line, but Araf assured me no money would change hands until I was satisfied with the product. Given he is coming from the Toronto region, the drive is an investment in his time. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him. My mom loves the bed, its comfy and I love that it is secure, safe and elevates up and down, and both the head and feet. Loved that Araf came all the way to the KW areas to help us out. To say that we were impressed with the product and the service from Affordable Healthcare Products (AHCP) and Araf is an understatement!Our mother decided to purchase a hospital bed to replace one she was renting since being released from hospital. We found AHCP online and they responded very quickly to our inquiry.We did our research and found AHCP pricing to be extremely competitive and decided to order a hospital bed with the Long Term Care pressure redistribution mattress. The delivery/set-up package was well worth it especially considering the distance from Scarborough to Kitchener and our delivery request for the Saturday of the May long weekend. Not to mention, after assembly, Araf gave us a thorough and professional orientation that covered absolutely everything our mother needed to know about the use and care of the bed. It was only after setup was complete that we were asked for payment. Our mother is so pleased with her new bed and says she is sleeping better.We have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation to Affordable Home Care Products, and Araf. I am a Deaf individual, I used IP relay to call this company about a hospital bed inquiry. I recieved a text as it was easier to communicate. The person who texted me stopped communicating on the 4th of May. It is now the 7th. I called again through IP relay and the individual was rude and staying he cannot do this right now, cannot! He had other customers" - made me feel like somehow my needs

Had a fantastic experience from start to end thanks to Araf. We needed a bed for my grandma and he was able to help us decide on a bed that was best for our family at a great price. He was willing to deliver THE NEXT DAY even though he does not work on Sundays. Truly tremendous customer service.

After a long search for a safe bed for my Brother who has MS I found Affordable Home Healthcare ! Immediately my questions were answered, and Araf was so helpful, genuinely caring and informative . They are from Toronto , however the bed was delivered here in Niagara and set up the very next day by 1 pm. They took the time to show my brother how to use the remote explaining the functions . My Brother can now sleep soundly ( myself as well ) and safely and transfer to his wheelchair with out a fall . Thank You so much ! Brother John is so happy . Definitely a great Company.

Beware!! Don't waste your money and time. The product that was provided wasn't as discussed.Bought a used hospital bed that was 6 months old and I think they tried to pawn a decade old bed ..I got photos to prove it.... Lots of scratches on the bed frame and holes on the bed.They wouldn't take it back unless I paid the technician for the delivery fee and installation.The technician was probably the only good part of this experience, he was quick, friendly and knowledgeable.While the owner.. He is a different matter.. He was enraged when the concern of the product was brought up to his attention.I STRONGLY SUGGEST LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!If you would see the photos and tell me if that was 6 months old... It might have been 6 months ago when he purchased it, but the bed itself it's not 6 months old. The motor was dated 2013???? Who install a 2013 motor on a 2020 bed?? (that's the story according to him) The remote itself has turned yellow... And he kept mentioning that I'm buying a used product... THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 6 MONTHS OLD not from 2013!!Don't be like me, Now I'm out of $$ and time.
