My father in law bought glasses here. The lenses were loose in the frame and he went twice to ask for some help with that..... they said bring it back when it falls off and offered no help. Disappointing and frustrating.

Outstanding customer service! I went in to ask about the cost of replacing a lens that our puppy had chewed; to my surprise Superstore has 2 year warranty that covers complete replacement of lenses and frame at no charge!

What are the opticians hours every time I go there to have my glasses adjusted they are gone or only the sales lady is there and she can't adjust glasses....?

Booked an appointment for after work (5:15)(which is the time they gave me) as I'm the only one there to close at my employment with this pandemic going on and they call me and cancelled want me to come earlier. And wouldn't accomodate me. I'll be finding a new eye doctor!Too bad I really liked the doctors there really got my prescription right? But I guess they don't need my business! They seemed to think it funny.

Good prices, good selection of glasses, also have some designer brands and a CAA discount available but the employee seems more interested in his computer then helping customers buy glasses. I literally had to interrupt him several times and no one else was in the store. I want to come back but will walk away if he is still there. I hear Walmart is good and I will go check that out if he’s still there.

They offer a good selection of frames at lower prices. They also offer a discount if you have a CAA membership. Blue Cross was accepted there as well. These discounts can be used in conjunction with bonus PC optimum points if there is a current offer. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses at 80% off by stacking these offers. Great customer service as well. There was a 2 week wait for the glasses. Not an issue for me at such a low price!
