Wanted to warn others about this company. My review that I put on google back in Oct of 2020 is not strange or fraudulent. It is there to warn others. Here is my review from back then:Octuber 20,2020! one month tried to talk with Pedro and never pick up the phone. we bought cameras and an alarm system and they never worked. When you call the phone no one answers and we went to the address and that office is spam, it is closed, we spoke with the owners of the building and they told us that they have not paid rent for almost a year and that apparently they were fleeing from several clients who had deceived too. that they are not deceived with products that they are only going to use once and then they are not going to cover the guarantees or they are going to be charged for each visit, the alarms are sold and nobody can use them alone and when you cancel the service they have to throw away because you can't use them. worst place to buy something. they do not have personnel, it is a single person, the whole business and it is a cheater, it forces you to take illegitimate contracts at super high prices. Besides that when you need a technician to repair what you bought, nobody ever arrives. I would never buy anything again. Do not lose your money in this place. There are better stores in kitchener with better service.

Upgraded security system that was more than a decade old. IPCS really made this upgrade seamless and took all the time needed to educate us to take full advantage of all the benefits available in this system. They were very tolerant with us as we got familiar with the system allowing us to preview the camera before deciding on one that made sense for us.Pedro was very professional in designing a system for us and was focused on us purchasing only what we needed.Highly recommended,

Overall, great experience with Pedro and Rany at IP Camera Solutions. They were able to make it out to my place the day I called them and install a new NVR unit that day. On top that, they were super patient as I tried to figure out what my camera passwords were, from a previous homeowner, saving me close to $2K along the way. They both could have easily pressured me into purchasing new cameras, but they took their time allowing me to get everything sorted out. Very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. Highly recommend them.

I wish there was a 10 star button. From the first interaction until the final installation, it was an amazing experience. Not only was the set up professional but the service was incredible. Installer was on time, kept me posted of his arrival and did an amazing job. He walked me through the system and educated me about home security in general. I highly recommend IPCS!

Thank you guys for such a pleasant transaction during COVID-19 and taking the time to have my husband and I into your office to provide us with the system demonstration. We honestly liked your showroom and the system recommended worked great, it protected all of the areas we needed as explain, very easy to use and the technician even place the mobile App on our phones for us, this company is good to do business with and their office is quite clean and well laid out.

WARNING - We contracted IP Camera Solutions to install new surveillance equipment in 7 retail locations at the cost of over $14K. Once they installed the equipment they presented us with a 2yr service contract for $7K per year. We declined the service contract and they proceeded to lock out our entire system remotely leaving us completely vulnerable. Once they locked out the system we had to hire a new contractor and replace the entire locked out system system (Cameras, HDR) at the cost of another $14K. IP Camera Solutions is an unethical vendor and we unfortunately began legal action to mitigate some of the economic loss.

Good Service. Friendly and helpful crew. Pedro and Rani made the installation pretty clean and smooth. Did a survey and Suggested how many camera's property actually requires and have a good eye for blind spots. Satisfied. Good luck!

This company is nothing but a big scam. Pedro and his company is nothing but a scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY OR COMPANY AT ANY COSTS. STEER WAY CLEAR!!!!!

I searched for years for a good security camera system installer/supplier. IP Camera Solutions was one of the very few companies I called who followed through with a detailed proposal and a real commitment to get the job done. Their level of experience, technical expertise and advise is second to none. From start to finish, from the consultation, to installation, to post-job follow-up, they were with me every step of the way, answering all my questions, responding quickly to my concerns, and offering advise above and beyond. They really went that extra 100 miles to make sure I was happy with the job, and they bent over backwards to work within my schedule. Bottom line: they know their stuff, they get the job done, and they really take care of their customers. I can't recommend IP Camera Solutions enough.
