We are extremely happy with the entire Victoria Railings experience. From the ease of setting up an appointment for Wayne to estimate to the post installation personal visit and follow up with Stuart, every step was professional and so well detailed that we knew they were doing a higher quality job than we ever expected. Sean measured so accurately, there was not even the smallest deviation in the railing. Keith and Paul did a fantastic job on diplomatically pointing out that our existing structure needed help" and addressing it. They wrapped up with the best vinyl install we've seen. Finally Nick and Casey set up a beautifully welded and powder coated railing and made it exactly level and plumb.It is evident that VR members are happy and appreciated in their roles

We looked around and got three quotes for our railings. They seemed, well, outrageous, but we figured that was just the cost of railings these days. Then we forgot that we had asked for a fourth quote, and Victoria railings came in at about 50% of the average of the first three. I didn't believe it, and had them confirm the quote. I checked their reviews - all good. Then I thought they must use thinner glass, or plastic posts. Nope - solid aluminum, and their glass was THICKER than at least one other company. They were also faster than everyone else. They just finished, and the work is absolutely first class. Highest recommendation.

We had vinyl decking installed a week ago. We were extremely pleased with the service and product we received. Stuart and his crew were timely, hardworking and professional. Yes, we would recommend this company.

Starting with Wayne the estimator, Sean the super detailed and awesome installer, we are absolutely thrilled with the custom glass privacy addition to our back yard deck! The design matched perfectly to our existing railings. What a great team and I had called other companies, but they simple couldn't compare.
