I recently upgraded my phone. The girl who helped me, her name was bhanupriya. She gave me a great service. Overall, I wanted my bill to be lower and she helped me with that. Its a great store. Didn’t have to wait a second.

Last week I got my phone upgraded from sage creek location it was a really nice experience as it was easy and quick. I am sure recommending it to everyone. Go and see Bhanu she was really helpful and answered all my questions.

I am not tech savy, thought there is some big issue with my phone. I went to sage creek to get a new phone. The rep named Nimrit, fixed my phone in few steps. I was really amazed by remarkable customer service. The manager is so friendly. I really felt important and welcomed. Saved money not to get sign up nee contract. Highly recommend to my friends and family.

Decided to use this location to get a new phone for my husband. We usually use St. Vital but we just moved into Sage Creek so it was really handy for us but what a mistake!We dealt with a girl’s name that started with B and first of all she cancelled the wrong phone, mine, instead of my husband’s. So she had to cancel it which took about 45 minutes and started all over again. We finally got out of there an hour and a half later but wasn’t happy.A week or so later I got my phone bill and they had actually charged me an activation fee on my line for her mistake. So I sent an email and yes it was corrected but four days later.The feeling you get when you walk into that store is nobody wants to help you, nobody cares! No one’s smiling and everyone is sitting at their desks on their phones. Someone walks in they don’t even acknowledge them.In this day and age that we need good customer service it’s not happening at this location.Just keep driving and go to St. Vital!

Had a great experience switching to Bell with Ridhi after being with a different phone company. She was super thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.
