The owner tried to sell me a ten years old defected xerox printer (6280) for 300$. I had to remind him that he advertised it for 100$ on Facebook Marketplace. He apologized for the misunderstanding and then I asked him if he could test the printer for me to make sure the printer is fully functional but he declined, saying he doesn't do tests anymore". This guy is clearly shady ! Shameful !I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

Very Good!I looked all over Ebay and kiji to find an iPad 6 for a good price. Finally I found an iPad 6 for an good price in very good shape. The Ipad battery health is at 100 % and it came with all accessories. Only the original Apple Box was beaten up a little bit. (Which actually doesn't really matter to me)First I wasn't very sure if Bestcost is real so I did some research, because the website does look weird and the the price was so cheap. But after I saw on google Maps that the shop excist and after I saw the Feedback on the Ebay page I was pretty sure that it was real.So I bought and I got on the same day an tracking number. The iPad got arrived after only 3 days (from Quebec to Durham Region)There is only one thing that I didn't like: the website.The website is not completely translated to English and looks a bit confusing.Otherwise everything was perfect!

Was searching the internet for the best price on a refurbished item and I found it at Bestcost.caI had not heard of them before, but their reviews were good. I am in Ontario and they are in Quebec.I placed the order on a Friday morning and the item shipped out the same day. They even called me to make sure I would be home to receive the item prior to shipping. 5 star customer service! My item was delivered on Sunday through expedited Canada Post shipping. I would definitely do business with them again.

Received this beautiful TV two days after I ordered it. Yves delivered it personally and helped me set it up. Comes with a 1-year warranty and I paid through PayPal for the buyer protection (just in case!). I took the risk since I wanted to avoid giving Amazon more money and so far I'm very pleased. Most likely I'll buy all my future electronics from here!

Awesome Customer Service! Excellent Product! I purchased an Apple Watch Series 3. The guys went the extra mile to verify the watch they shipped had a software version compatible with my iPhone. Quick shipping (to Ontario), refurbished product in excellent condition (like new) with balance of Apple warranty. Very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Saw a BestCost ad on Kijiji and figured I would give them a try. I’ll be totally honest, I was a bit concerned it might be a scam like you sometimes hear about on Facebook but I’m happy to say, that was not the case!Got an Apple Watch series 3, which arrived in excellent condition, although the package arrived quite late because Canada Post failed to properly scanned the item when it was being sent out. Dealt a fair amount with Best Cost and Canada Post regarding it, and eventually came to an agreement with Yves. While the late shipping did put a bit of a damper on the excitement of the purchase, it was definitely more the fault of Canada Post, and Yves did what he could to make it right. After all is said and done, I’d say I’m reasonably satisfied with the value; factoring in product price, shipping and the opportunity cost (the cost of my time).
