Smaller store with grooming and dog training. Decent selection of products for dogs, though we aren't always able to get the same for every visit. I was struggling to select a harness for my dog, one of the staff was really knowledgeable and helped me choose the right product and showed me how to fit it on my dog. I get the impression the people that work here like animals!

This location is much better than the East Mall. They do a great nail job on our Doxie. And they puppy hold her when requested to get the nails shorter unlike other locations.

They treat the fish birds and reptiles very poorly. Avoid buying any live animals from them! They should not be able to sell living creatures especially when the employees don’t know anything about the proper care of these creatures!!! The manager on Saturday morning (April 22 2023) was up tight and self centred and needs to learn how to do his job properly and train his employees and get more training himself

Absolutely horrible experience. I had asked for a touch up package. They forgot more than half things on the list. He wasn’t brushed, no cologne spritz, no sanitary area trim or a bandana.I asked them that these were missed and they superficially brushed him and shooed us away after a cologne spritzing.After I come home, I notice that sanitary trim is still not done. So if I have to complain about it or get it trimmed then I have to drive 20kms for it!!My Bernedoodle is always calm throughout the grooming and this is the first time that he actually cried throughout. They didn’t even bother with the treats. I noticed other dogs weren’t happy either.I will never go back again and definitely don’t recommend this petsmart at all.

The staff is nice, and they always have new kitties to be adopted. I love going there to take a look at the snakes and reptiles. I know this isn't this location's fault, but the blue Buffalo cat food has raised price twice in the last couples months, which has been upsetting.

I took my dog Reggie today for his first ever grooming appointment. He is a rescue and a scared dog in general but has come a long way. I let them know right away and they were so gentle calm patient and caring with him. He definitely was not ready to be handled or groomed today but I am so thankful for the experience we had. The ladies invited us to stop in with him once a week for love and treats to get him comfortable so that one day he can groomed safely and we will be doing just that. Amazing customer service!
