I had a bad experience with my drycleaner so tried this place out. Best decision ever since now getting better pricing and service. They took care of my dress shirts and winter jackets that required special cleaning. Plus they were open at 7am which made it easy to drop off and pick up my items at the start of my day.

Took off 1 star because clothes are returned later than the designated date, but the lady running the business is very good & their technology is up-to-date/organized. They handle your clothes with care.

Lucy goes the extra mile with every customer! She even tries to learn everyone's name! Great family business feel.

My first time using this cleaning service and I was very impressed! Lucy was very friendly and told me she would do her best to clean a pair of pants that were difficult to clean. They did a wonderful job and the pants look good as new again. I have found my new dry cleaner and definitely recommend their services!

Been using their service since 2017 I think, even before they moved from Lesmil road to Mallard Plaza. Never had any major issues and even when I did, Lucy and her team would always do their best to rectify it.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Friendly and fast service. The lady at this place noticed that I don't use the hangers since I don't drive and prefer to carry my sweaters folded. Since then, she always makes sure that they are nicely folded and ready for me to pick up and go. I've had leather jacket and coats dry cleaner and have always been very happy with the result. Their prices are very reasonable.

I entrusted them to clean two pairs of white trousers for me. If these weren’t expensive trousers, I would have just cleaned them myself. They were returned with nine bright blue stains. While they refunded me the cost of cleaning, that does not cover the cost of having ruined my two pairs of pants. They offered to try cleaning them again, but I wouldn’t trust them a second time around. I’ve tried to get the strains out myself with Shout and vinegar, but they won’t budge. I’m so upset. I unfortunately would definitely not recommend them.

The best customer service here! All of you people writing reviews need to know, the people working here are someone's moms and dads and they have no air conditioning during the summer and still have to work! So I applaud these guys, great job team!!

My mother and I have been using Bayview Cleaners for ~10 years or so. Since they have been on Lesmill next to our offices and now on Mallard. Prices are great, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. In the 10 years there has only been one garment with a missing button. We still enthusiastically use them for certain clothing that require dry cleaning services. Their turnaround is tremendous and especially astounding once you know their intake volume, which consists of the local first responder uniforms etc. If there is something they don’t feel comfortable doing unrelated to dry cleaning they refer you to those that might do the work. If there was a 10 star system I would award them 10 stars.

Lucy and Jason do a fine job running their business and are always so welcoming and happy you when you come in their store. They've always taken great care of my clothes and do a great job getting stains out.They recently moved to their new location which is an upgrade over the old one.Highly recommend for their great service and friendly attitude!
