I have had the ultimate pleasure of being served by Nicholas a few times. He has been an encouraging and suggestive mentor for a few projects and you can tell he has a passion for people and fabrics. I also have been helped by Victoria on a few occasions and the scissors she suggested have been instrumental. I love your store but I come back because (when your not slammed with the fabric mobs) the employees have been so pleasant, kind, humble and just honest good people. Keep it up!!! Give them 2 or 4 gold stars lol. Thanks for making me love to sew more.

I happened to come in here on a whim. I have literally been looking for a specific baking item in at least 20 different stores. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was greeted by Selina as soon as I came in and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She immediately knew where it was and when I found it, I bought every single one in the store. Such a trivial thing but it literally made my month! I haven't been in this location since they moved and I will definitely be back. Lots of great finds and hidden gems. My wife was also very impressed. Thanks Selina!!!

I bought 6 picture frames one had a more expensive price...cashier would not give it to me for the same price of others...it was like .75 different...it wasn't the 75 cents it was her comment . If you don't want it then don't buy it...great customer service...I won't be back.

Absolutely horrible experience apparently it's store policy to treat all new customers like criminals and when they are asked questions as to why the employees respond with disrespectful comments and treat people as if they were beneath them i was only there for less.than 5 minutes and my experience is the.main reason I will never go back and will advise all my friends family and everyone else I know or meet in the future to never go to the Woodlawn location because they have shown that they are only worried about taking your money and have zero customers relations skills worst place to go in guelph in my opinion

The experience was weird, it's really gone downhill since it moved and prices seem a lot more expensive. I want to support local businesses but now I'd rather go to a dollar store.

I really love this hidden gem, I don’t often buy anything from it but they have a lot of sewing things, home things also, carpets mattress just a bunch of good things! The staff are easy going too

Its huge. You gotta look but some great deals! Very friendly and helpful staff. Eclectic collections and some items I have only seen in the States. My wife can't stay in there long though because the smell of dyes and fabrics makes her start to sneeze!
