Atrocious customer service. I had forgotten that grown adults could be so mean for no reason. You're better off calling toll free and speaking to someone who's not even in Saskatchewan, than being berated by these rude ladies.

I tried to visit the site in person but the doors were locked because they see people by appointment only. It’s time to stop hiding behind protocols from three years ago to avoid having to work.I then sent multiple emails before I received a reply from Kim T that lied about having replied previously and was full of attitude - when did professionalism become optional in the workplace?I understand most ISC employees have been working from home, I’m hoping they’ll soon be replaced by computers - at least then their work will be completed in a reasonable amount of time and we can skip the attitude.

I was on hold for over 30 minutes, my agent was snarky, did not want to search my name, I needed help and whatever question I asked, she answered as though she couldn't be bothered to help. Her tone of voice was rude and she spoke over and through me! Not impressed, did not get my answers, and wasted my time.
