Ciscon Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living

I recently moved from the country out towards the lake and wanted to put a hot tub in the back. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed with the service, the friendliness, the knowledge and the honesty I received. Glenn thought of things I wouldn’t have necessarily thought about like how to get the hot tub into the back (I live in a town house) and what size would fit best according to back yard dimensions. He gave me honest advice and was here to set it up when it arrived and took the time to explain how to run it efficiently as well as maintain it. Even once set up was complete, Staff followed up regularly. When I have questions, they are very quickly answered by phone, text or email. When I was searching for a hot tub, I looked at many different places but the reason I chose Ciscon Outdoor Living was because they weren’t just trying to make a sale. They wanted to make sure that I would be completely satisfied before spending money. They did all of the work from start to finish and made maintaining the tub very easy. Paul, Carmen and the whole team at Ciscon were amazing! From the initial meeting to layout to landscaping being completed they were super with us! There communication was incredible, they started and finished on time! They will be the only landscaping/construction contractor I will use moving forward! This team delivers! Thanks so much!We also purchased a new Be Well Hot tub spa.... Don't let the amazing price point fool you... Unbelievable! Our hydro bill showed no difference! We recently purchased a BullFrog Spa from Ciscon (in the middle of COVID). Paul was amazing! He set up Zoom calls so we could see the store inventory and learn about products. He was super knowledgeable on the product. He worked within our budget. He personally came out to check the yard site to ensure it was ready for the hot tub. He arranged delivery and removal of the old tub. The delivery team itself was superb and a total pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely respectful of the property. Paul personally called to ensure it went well, and Kirby followed up to make sure we were all set with chemicals and knew what to do. Experience has been so good that we are moving forward with a landscape design with Paul's team. I cannot wait to see how it turns out.

Unfortunately I cannot speak to their quality of work as they do not honor their appointments for quotes that have been booked 2 weeks in advance.They don't want my money, I'm sure someone will take it and honor their word at the same time.You are right... after waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, you message me 2 days before my appointment to cancel. And your solution is to get me to drop everything for the next day?! That is a ridiculous expectation of someone who works for a living. Especially after having organized someone to be there for the appointment so that I could meet the demands of the appointment booked 2 weeks ago.I have no clue how you expect me to hand over 150k to a company to do a massive job when they cannot even keep the schedule that they made?!Had you honored your word, you would have another potential client... but at this rate and after you trying to make it seem like you did everything in your power to rescheduled, I hope this review helps point some customers to a company who values keeping their word.

Ciscon Lanscaping did not do our backyard as we had already signed a contract with another company but my husband and I were having a difficult time picking stone colours that would work in our backyard. I had made a post online looking for advice and pictures of others backyard for inspiration and Carmen had commented on it. I reached out to her to ask her some questions, she asked me to send her some pictures and she would give some advice on stone colours. She went out of her way to answer my questions, ease my mind and also sent me pictures of what I was looking for that she had done. I can't even believe she did that just to be a good person. If I have any work in the future I will most definitely reach out or recommend her! Thank you Carmen for easing my mind, being honest and overall being a great person helping out another person!

Can't say enough positive things about Carmen, Paul and Kirsty and the great service we received purchasing our conversation set, outdoor rug and hot tub. They were extremely helpful, flexible about delivery options and very accommodating, meeting us several times between two store locations to discuss options and changes. Great family run business where they truly want their customers to be happy.

Ciscon Outdoor Living has been a great experience, from walking in the door and being greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the great selection of hotubs and landscaping options for your tub or yard. The owners are amazing and knowledgeable people and respond to any questions or parts needs in a timely manner and are willing to offer advice, with straight up answers and nothing hidden in costs (which is a great relief). We bought a BeWell tub from them (buy Canadian) and everything went smooth from the time we ordered, to delivery, laying the foundation and sitting in our tub for the first time. We even had them add some more landscaping to our backyard and bought a Tiki bar from them, again with great service and workmanship.**Side note, our Tiki bar was mildly defective after a few months, so they had it picked up and sent back to be fixed, no questions asked and in an efficient manner, returned as beautiful as it was when we bought it!I'd highly recommend Carmen and Paul for any hotub purchases and/or patio furniture and landscaping needs!!!

My wife and I bought the Aruba outdoor patio set for our deck. We love it! We also had a great buying experience working with David at Ciscon Outdoor Living. We would recommend them for sure.

Once we decided to get a hot tub as a suprise for the family we knew who to talk to! These guys are so friendly, knowledgable and bent-over backwards to help us get what we wanted and help us know how to use it. My family is over the moon with our hottub. THANKS GUYS!!!!
