I went to Kevin as I had been dealing with lower back spasms for a few weeks. Kevin was very knowledgable and able to do an assessment of my back and help me correct muscle imbalances as well as release muscle tension. He also provided exercises I could do with a foam roller at home. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Kevin for a couple of years now. Although I strength train consistently, some days I just feel tight in my back and neck due to my office desk job.Kevin’s environment is very clean and I feel safe during this pandemic. Moreover he is passionate about his work, kind, and very patient.He listens and understands what I need. He explains things thoroughly in layman’s terms without being condescending, He will work on certain areas that I feel are tight or tweaked, and I always leave feeling relieved and in less pain. He will also work on other places and notice things I don’t.Very happy and would recommend 5/5.
