MAC Cosmetics

I have always loved Mac products & been buying in this store as the staff were accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, on January 2, 2023 at around 5pm, the staff was extremely busy with her phone. She did not even ask if I needed help and all. I asked about a product as I wanted to try it, but she kept using her phone. Got tired waiting for her to finish with her. Left disappointed!

I came in to get color matched for foundation recently. The girl who helped me was very friendly, and correctly matched me to a darker shade for summer. She also recommended a use for it during the winter months.

I usually hate shopping for makeup because I've never had a good experience and being a mixed woman no one has been able to find me the right colours to compliment and match my skin tone.. it is always just well that's close enough". Went in during my lunch break recently and There was no other people in the store and just 1 staff member behind the counter. I thought to myself this is great as usually you have to wait as other customers are being helped. I knew what I wanted so went up to the counter - the staff member was looking at some documents. I stood for 5 mins like an idiot. Didn’t even get any acknowledgement that I was there. She didn’t look up at me, say “hello” or “ I’ll be with you in a min” - nothing! I just left the store then and purchased foundation elsewhere. Empty store and you can’t buy what you need - ridiculous! Also every time I have previously bought items in there they can never find my email address for the loyalty program so They set me up an account again so I never got any of the points from previous purchases because I start from scratch every time.

Purchased a foundation that ended up being far too orange for my skin. Maira and Yasmine were so happy to help me swap the product for a better colour match - they were so attentive and offered many thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences even though the store was super busy on a Saturday. Thanks ladies for making me feel so appreciated as a customer.

I love the Mac store the friendly staff are so caring and helpful. My preference for cosmetics is definitely Mac. The store also has a nice clean atmosphere. Jordan is absolutely awesome.

Super friendly staff. Maria helped me find my foundation and it was a spot on match and made some very helpful suggestions and tips specifically for my face. She really listened to me, and heard all my concerns I had for my skin and helped me achieve what I was looking for. Thanks so much! The bonus to all this was they had a promo going on so I even saved some money.

Tia fit me in last minute after an appointment with a makeup artist with a different company fell through. She was incredibly kind and made me look beautiful while still looking like “myself”. Very grateful to her and MAC. Thank you.
